I went towards the end of the day just to do a test drive and ended up buying my new Subaru right then and there. The sales person Chris Hawkins, was polite, efficient and very helpful. The finance person, Jose Varga, was likewise polite and went through all of the many forms quickly and efficiently. There were a few misses, but these were most likely because I was there at the very end of the business day for them. For example, my mats for the car were not ready, and I had to come back the next day to get them. No big deal. After reviewing the documents thoroughly at home I realized I was supposed to get a full tank of gas. And I did not. This, again, was probably because we were trying to get this done at the end of the day and their final review of the car department didn't have a chance to do that. When I mentioned this to Jose, he was very apologetic and said that they would reimburse me for the tank of gas that I bought. (and I lost the receipt, but Jose said they would accept a copy of my charge on my credit card, and then he said never mind. He would just send me a check. Wow! ) And to my surprise a few days later, I got a call from them saying that they had missed giving me a rebate that I was entitled to, so they wanted to make sure I got that even though it meant they had to redo all the documents. I expressed interest in buying a fairly expensive accessory and Jose helped arrange that. I need to have regular servicing on my car and they have already helped me set up the appointment for the first service! They have a department that helps you understand your car, because they are so complicated nowadays. You make an appointment, bring your car in and they will go over anything that you need help figuring out. Amazing. I love my Subaru and, given my age, it is doubtful I will ever buy another car. However, if I did, I would go there and get a Subaru. I don't know anyone who looks forward to all the issues that are entailed with buying a new car, and And using your old car as a trade-in, but I felt very comfortable, unstressed, and respected at Eastside Subaru. I highly recommend this company.

The service advisor told me the warranty only applies to the original owner--it's not transferable. Not true! The warranty booklet clearly states that all 2024 Subaru warranties apply to "Every owner of the vehicle during the warranty period", and recommends that subsequent owners register with Subaru (which I did when I bought the car). This is basic information every service advisor should know. This dealer wanted me to pay for something that's covered by warranty. Not good.

Purchased a Lexus here and was excited at first, but the dealer didn't have the keys to test drive…read more This was the SUV I've been searching for these past few weeks and trusted there wouldn't be any lights coming on. After making the purchase, I noticed the TPMS light on, so I had to replace all the sensors as well as replace the spare tire that was blown. A/C refrigerant needed replacing as well. There was also a wood chip stuck on the blower fan after cleaning it out. Looks like a mouse lived here before, so I had to replace both the engine filter and cabin filter. This wood chip damaged the blower, so I have to replace this next. I should've gotten a bigger discount than the $500 I wanted. All of the work costs about $1k just to get this running well. I hope they do a better job with vehicle inspection and not always rely on a Toyota/Lexus dealership to help with this, which was shown on the carfax. Any Toyota/Lexus dealership should obviously look at the filters and TPMS and see the issues quickly. Perhaps this dealer should go back to Toyota/Lexus and complain to them for not doing a good inspection on the vehicles and charging another dealer for a bad job. Looking at filters is easy access and can see if there have been rodents living there. Also, if a spare tire is completely damaged, this should be a notified to this dealer/customer. The staff here were friendly and had a good amount of vehicles to choose from. There's a nice lobby with a TV and refreshments inside to make customers feel comfortable. I don't mind coming back here again, but will caution anyone to do their inspections on site regardless of what is shown on the carfax or any receipts shown. I'm all for a dealership trying to make a profit off any vehicle, but perhaps they should do more thorough inspections when accepting vehicles from people coming in for a trade. Most people don't maintain their vehicles well

I wouldn't be surprised if they somehow get my review removed on Google I impulse-bought a crew cab from Access Motorsports. The dealer on all my paperwork is actually Mudarri Motorsports, which has a D- on the BBB and filed for Chapter 11. My salesman swore ownership had changed and Mudarri was out of the picture, but Mudarri is named on every document I signed. Heads up before you trust the ratings: a chunk of their glowing Google reviews come from accounts that "buy a car" every 6 to 12 months across a rotation of similar small lots, and their Yelp split is almost all 1-star and 5-star with nothing in between. Click into the profiles and judge for yourself. At the lot the truck had a check engine light, and they cleared the codes on their own reader without letting me see them. I bought it anyway, assuming it was sound. That night I checked the stored codes myself: P0012 and P0022 (camshaft timing, both banks), cleared about once a week for the previous month. A Jiffy Lube tech found the wrong oil in it, 5w40 instead of spec, which he said is a common trick to mask engine knock. Two days in, my own shop's diagnosis: the engine is dying. Metal shavings throughout the oil pan, both cam phasers 88 degrees out of position, running in limp mode on a failed timing chain. They also found a JB Welded radiator, a dying starter, the wrong-size tires, and a fully seized front brake caliper (which explained the squeak and pull I'd felt on the test drive). The repair quote was $14,000 on a truck I paid $8,000 for and had owned for two days. The service plan was its own saga. They coached me to wait about 30 days, then file a claim so the failure wouldn't get flagged as pre-existing. Sit with that for a second: a dealership openly walking a customer through how to time a claim around the pre-existing-condition clause is essentially coaching you to defraud the very warranty they just sold you. And conveniently, that same 30-day mark is when you lose the right to a full cancellation. When I tried to cancel my roughly $2,000 plan, I got ignored emails, calls that dropped me from hold, and in-person runarounds. It only moved after I demanded a manager, and as of June 19th the credit still hasn't shown up. The only reason I can eat this is that I can pick up a second job and have scholarships and aid covering tuition. Most people couldn't, and a $14,000 surprise on an $8,000 truck would wreck them. Realistically, just don't buy a car from Mudarri or Access ever. And if you somehow do, not without an independent pre-purchase inspection first.

The sales consultant I worked with, Stephen was an absolute trailblazer when it came to deivering a positive car buying expierence. I honestly wasn't intitally planning to buy from them simply because they didn't have the exact 2025 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid Limited car in the interior color I wanted, but my sales person Stephen did a friendly follow-up with me at the perfect time. At that time, I was over the car buying "game" as I was having a terrible expierence with the other dealerships that had the car I wanted. My car had gotten in a collision recently and I was taking care of a newborn. I really just wanted to sign the papers from home and pick it up next time I was in town (mind you I'm an hour+ away from these dealerships). Stephen simply built good rapport with me, listened to me, made sure I felt heared and asked the right questions. From there he met every need I was looking for - met me at my price range, did an inventory transfer of the exact car I wanted from the other dealership, offered me an Uber to their dealerships...all within an hour. I was happy to say 'Yes!' to the car and get it done and over with. My car buying expierence with Hyundai of Kirkland was pleasantly unexpected. The cherry on-top for me, was when I said I was hungry because I didn't have dinner (I wasn't expecting to buy a car that night from them)...Stephen offered and fed me Costco pizza, I mean absolutely divine. I was a happy camper. I left with pizza, snacks, pictures and videos for my social and a new shiny car. Oh, and after my car purchase, they followed up with me to make sure I was happy with the car. I did tell them there were a couple cleaning discrepenscies I found with the car (sticky residue on side mirrors and passenger door) and they kindly offered to detail and clean the car again for free. Just amazing truly.
