    PSA!!!!!! BEWARE Inspect any vehicle thoroughly before purchasing. I have won my case against them. STAY AWAY! THIS IS A WARNING! Attached is a photo of the individual you will need to serve. I filed formal complaints with the Washington Better Business Bureau and 2 On Your Side and I won my case. I strongly urge everyone: do not do business with this dealership. Their Yelp reviews speak for themselves, my experience was unfortunately not unique. On April 6, 2021, I purchased a 2013 Mercedes E63 from Mudarri Motorsports. The dealership did not offer shipping services, so I flew to Washington to pick up the vehicle myself. Upon arrival, the car had not even been detailed as promised. During the test drive, a brake warning light came on, and I had to wait an additional hour and a half for the rear brakes to be repaired. When the car was finally released to me, it was delivered with only a quarter tank of gas -- another sign of poor professionalism. Shortly after beginning my drive home, the oil light illuminated. It became clear that no oil change had been performed prior to the sale, forcing me to pay $200 out of pocket immediately. After returning home, I took the vehicle to a trusted mechanic who found the front brakes were dangerously worn down to just 5%, and the wheel bearings were severely damaged -- making the vehicle unsafe to drive. Despite addressing the rear brakes before the sale, the dealership still knowingly sold me a car with serious, life-threatening safety issues. I drove 14 hours through mountainous terrain, risking my life due to their negligence. The vehicle also has multiple issues that will prevent it from passing a smog inspection -- making it impossible to register legally without costly repairs. This dealership is dishonest, reckless, and solely motivated by profit. They do not care about their customers' safety or well-being. It is absolutely critical that you do not trust this business. They will take your money and leave you with unsafe, unreliable vehicles. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

    On the hunt for a new minivan, we stumbled across this gem. I don't normally drive out to Kirkland, but the minivan they had listed sounded great, so we went. It's hidden and out of the way but worth the effort. Mark told us how the previous owners took very good care of this van, and they didn't want to sell it, but were forced to. I didn't really believe him, assumed it was sales tactics... But the carfax showed they took great care of it, and the paperwork left behind (in a 2nd glove box we didn't realize existed when we bought it) showed just how much money they put into this van over the last few years. In fact, they put nearly HALF the amount WE spent on it, just 2 months prior, in new tires and regular maintenance!! Suffice it to say, we found a very loved minivan. Mark worked VERY hard to sell me on this van, with the (albeit minor) issues I found. I didn't make it easy. I am notorious for being difficult when it comes to car shopping (or so my husband says.) I want what I want, and I will pass on a vehicle at the slightest thing. So when I saw a few things I didn't like, I left. My husband convinced me to come back the next day with our older son, to look harder under the hood, and Mark let us take her out to check her until we felt comfortable. We did everything, including driving her up a hill, backwards, to see how she handles. We were pleasantly surprised. Mark then worked hard again to make a deal that both of us were happy with. Even as I walked away. Twice. (yep. Again...) In the end, I have a beautiful minivan at a great deal, that I hope will last a VERY long time, as my husband has SWORN OFF car shopping with me ever again... Shhhhh But... soon I plan on buying an SUV for our younger son, and have every intention of visiting Mark at Mudarri to find it.

    Went into Mudarri Motorsports last month looking for a new Truck to replace my dying Chevy Silverado, and I had a specific truck and budget in mind. Told the salesman (I think his name was Nick) what I needed and how much I had to spend. He didn't have exactly what I needed in stock so he took my info down and told me he'd let me know if anything came up. I left and a week later he called me to say he had a 2015 Silverado coming in the next day and it sounded promising. Came in and took it for a spin... loved it! He didn't even list it for sale on the website yet, but was able to get it to me for what I wanted to pay and got me financing at a really good rate. Loving my truck so far, got the 4WD Z71 and a slight lift. Really appreciate the help and the follow through guys, made my year!

    Shady as shit. I was prepared to fly to Washington to buy a car with cash within 24 hours. The guy I was emailing suggested I wire the money or give a deposit before even looking at the car or test driving it in order to "lock down the car" since it was in such high demand. I actually asked if it was a scam. Completely unprofessional and tacky sales tactics (and horrible grammar). If you're that desperate to sell a car, something is wrong with the car. In this case, it had been auctioned off twice before. Stop talking to people like they're idiots to be sold-- it's insulting. Get out of your own way, the car will sell itself. I wanted to buy the car.

This was my first experience buying a car from a lot. It seemed like maybe there should have been another person there as Jimmy and Anthony were balancing a lot of different people and transactions. After deciding we wanted to vehicle, my husband and I went with the financing through Global Federal CU. The interest rate was good. There were a bunch of papers to sign. I wouldn't call Jimmy the most organized, however, everything was almost signed. He did have to send me an email asking me to sign a form that was missed. I think the whole experience was around 2-3 hours. Overall, the monthly payments for a 20K vehicle is what I expected and isn't breaking the bank. If we have to use the warranties, I'll update the review. Random FYIs: Our license plates were delayed due to some miscommunication. I can't recall exactly why. Our temporary plates were expired when we drove out to get the plates. That is also when we got the spare key which was at the other lot location. This doesn't impact the overall experience for me, stuff happens. But just FYI for those who are more particular.

    First Chevy 2010 Tahoe didn't last 2 weeks then died. They tried to repair it and it went another 2…read moreweeks and died. Returned it and Lost $3000.00 and 3 months down time. Traded in for a Jeep Wrangler, When it was time for an oil change I found out they had the wrong dip stick in it that showed oil good at 1 qt. low. Now with a full 5 qt. of oil the engine rear main oil seal is leaking! I would not recommend buying any vehicles from them. They don't sell certified used vehicles just problems! Your on your own with this used car dealer. Junk

    I bought my new subaru crosstrek 2020 from East side kirkland dealership last year . It has some…read moremanufacturing issues and my tire got slashed on a freeway 6 months ago so I took it to the service department that is next to sales. I must say sakes team is great and helped me fir any question I had but let's talk about service team. Extreme unprofessional, robotic, unwelcoming team is sitting there with a horrible service manager name Ken Pletcher. The teams attitude and the whole hostile environment says a lot about the leadership. They didn't address or solve my issue about hood but I pay them to change the tire. I contacted subaru main office and let them know about my experience. 2 weeks ago I had another technical issue where CHECK ENNGINE and EYESIGHT sign popped up on the screen. I took it again to the sane service department as it's closer to my house, and I am under warranty. When I entered, the front desk lady told ne to wait by the entrance and that their service manager needs to talk to me before they address my problem. The same manager took me in his cabin and started a hostile conversation about what happened lady year and I called main office and that I was not happy with their service. So I couldn't believe words coming out if his mouth WE ARE NKT GOING TO SERVE YOU BECAUSE YOU ARE NKT HAPPY WITH OUR SERVICE SO YOU CAN TAKE IT ANYWHERE ELSE. At that point I started to record what he was saying because I wanted a proof. He completely refused to listen or acknowledged the issue about last year and for the problem I was facing 2 weeks ago. I was sitting there taking my time from work listening to his grudging statements. He had no respect or acknowledgment for the customer, her needs and her time. 7 of his team members were sanding outside listening to all this and I walked out without resolving anything. He was upset that why I gave a bad review and called subaru main office. I explained, this us the reason why I called main office cause if your behavioue towards the customer. Their job is to understand and make the customer feel heard. He keeps the grudge and take it out on you God forbidden you go there again. I went straight to Bellevue branch and those amazing guys who are sitting outside in a covered garage with frozen knuckles listened to ne, helped me facilitate me and here I am a happy customer. I will never ever go or recommend anyone go to that unwelcoming, rude service team sitting on kirkland. They have zero respect for customer. I lost 2 hours of my pay check because of him. I have the recording if there us any way o can load it.
