The first time I went to this establishment, there was a bit of a wait for the food. While this didn't pose a problem for me and I didn't feel inclined to complain, they gave me a gift card as an apology. This demonstrates that this business deeply cares about their service and quality. Especially because nobody had even made a comment about the wait time. Old scratch is a cozy little place, excellent for big groups or family gatherings. Their menus are excellently designed. All of their graphic design choices are very intentional and gorgeous. I love this place a lot!!

With the adequate amount of pizza sauce and an abundance of pepperoni and sausage, these were easily one of the best pizzas we have ever had. The buffalo wings, on the other hand, were mediocre and can be skipped.

I ordered my cheeseburger without tomatoes, lettuce or onion and selected pepper jack as my cheese option. The cheeseburger was fried very well but the patty was inconsistent in thickness. Some parts were thicker than others. It did taste good but the pepper jack cheese was really thin and almost imperceptible. I really couldn't taste it, but upon inspecting the contents, it is there, just extremely thin. The onions rings were very good. They appeared homemade and came with a mustard-based dipping sauce. Ordered came packed in a styrofoam container and included napkins, plasticware, and ketchup and mayonnaise for condiments. I recommend. Food is good and seems reasonably priced.
