The part and installation was 750.00 which we authorized. We showed up recently for spring break and the kids noted that the spa heater wasnt working. we called danny who was not aware of a part replaced and put the onice on his son. To this day were not sure what was done. We called danny pool service back out and his son states I turned up the gas well the spa heater turned on however we smelled natural gas by the pool equipment. We immediatly phoned him who sent his son back out advising us not to call gas company to shut off the gas. We continued to smell gas with no resolution socal gas came out on their own based on the usage in 24 hours. They turned off the gas to the spa, and stated you have a cracked gas riser which leads to the spa. This was never diagnosed or repaired by them. They refused to explain. They are not qualified to handle any repairs. Our pool was filthy upon arrival. His response to his cleaning that we should "call the company when were coming". No Danny you should do your job which people pay you to do. Please understand for me to take the time to write this please take this serious They put my family and I at risk. This is a terrible company. We have fired them and I will be forwarding a complaint with california licencing bureau regarding his workmanship. He was amazing! He responded to my call right away, came out immediately to inspect the heater and was able to get it replaced all within 24 hours.
