The customer service is excellent and the prices are very reasonable. I also like that they have an environmental conscience. I have a bonus card- it is one per family (phone #), so when my wife goes in or we forget it- they note it on the invoice which we take with us the next time we go in- we haven't had a problem yet. Also the guy who is usually there is also named TOM, he's a good guy- his english isn't wonderful- but, we have yet to have a problem.

When I pointed out the issue to the owner, instead of trying to help or even acknowledge the possibility of a mistake, she raised her voice, started yelling at me and insisted that I brought the blouses in in that condition- which is simply not true. I asked if maybe one or two of the bags could be for today and she said no since she already began weighing all the bags together. I went back later that day in the afternoon to drop off some more bags and was happily surprised to see my order was fully done and ready for pickup. Unfortunately, the attendant said she could not release them to me since I had only paid for next day service. Even though I thought that was ridiculous, I said "No problem, I'll just pay the increased rate for same day service so I can take my clothing now." The attendant said that since I didn't pay the same day rate when I dropped it off it couldn't be changed now and I'd have to come back tomorrow. I asked for a manager. The attendant claims she called management but there was nothing they could do. Last time I'll use this business.
