    This is a review of solely the driver driving the exterminating vehicle. He is aggressive, almost cussed a 3 vehicle accident, he weaves in and out of traffic and beeps his horn AS SOON AS THE LIGHT TURNS GREEN!!! He is the driver with the shoulder length reddish brown hair. If this is how their drivers drive, on one of the busiest weekends then I will NOT call for any of their service. Drive safely!

    They are corrupt. You cannot trust their salesman Seth and the manager, Andrew Steinberg hides…read morebehind an 800 number and won't take or return calls. They did nothing for the exclusion service but spray foam in a few cracks. They set traps They don't check and refuse to let me out of my contract. The tech didn't even know what he's doing. Google reviews are fake. Run away from them as far as you can!!!

    Here is my original review......Called Terminix when I discovered that a group of birds had taken…read moreup residence in the soffit of my roof. The agent who came for the estimate was helpful but that's where the customer service ended. Had to wait 10 days for an appointment, due to a vacation, but I never heard from the trapper and, on the scheduled day, no one showed. I received a call at 5 PM telling me they had underestimated a job they were on. He agreed to reschedule for 3 days later at 10. The time came and went and still no show. This time I reached out to him asking where he was and once again I got the "unexpected " answer. There can only be two reasons for never being on time. Either they're not very good at their jobs or they over-schedule to make as much money as possible with no regard to the customer's time. The job was finally done a week later only after I insisted on getting the first time of the day, thereby eliminating the "underestimated " excuse. By that time, the birds had long abandoned their nest and the job became a much easier one. Since there was no longer an issue of removal, just cleanup and rebuild, I thought they would lower the exorbitant cost. Silly me. The bill posted today. So I waited a month to pay full price for half a job. UPDATE - The Terminix Corporate social media folks responded to my post and assured me that my concerns would be sent on to the office that did the original work. After hearing nothing from the Ronkonkoma office, I tried calling and was told that the manager had received my info and would call me. Still nothing! So here's my takeaway - avoid the Ronkonkoma Terminix office at all costs unless you don't care about cancelled appointments, no communication and rigid pricing. Now we can add a manager - Andrew Steinberg - who ignores customer concerns. I give up! UPDATE AS OF SEPTEMBER 6 - I'm happy to report that the issue has been resolved. Andrew Steinberg, manager of the Ronkonkoma office, reached out and was extremely helpful. Not only did he deal with the problem of the technicians who did not communicate or show up on time, he offered a 25% rebate to make up for the delays and inconvenience. I am extremely pleased not just with the rebate, but also with the support I received from him in our conversation.
