They installed the paver stone patio for our new home and both quality and price were excellent. Highly recommend.

ABC Asphalt Paving

I was working on a car in my driveway when Chris drove by and stopped to offer me seal coating services, which I did need. We agreed on a price after negotiating and he came back later that day to do the work. This company is full of false promises. Do not pay them a dime until all work is completed to your satisfaction. Chris is a scam artist and acts like a nice charming young man trying to help out his grandfather with his family business. They seal coated my driveway and there was a spot approximately 10 sqft that I requested they seal coat. Chris claims he ran out of material after I paid him and said he would be back in the morning to finish the job. Chris did not return nor did he contact me to let me know when he would be back. As soon as Chris didn't show up, I searched their company name to read reviews and was very surprised and concerned to see such bad reviews, the common theme is that he doesn't get back to you as soon as you pay him and that his '5-year guarantee' is a complete lie. I became very concerned that I would fall victim to his scam and called him immediately (in which he answered right away). I expressed my concerns about his reviews and gave him an opportunity to dismiss my concerns and finish the job that we agreed to. As soon as I mentioned his reviews, he became extremely defensive and combative, a true customer service nightmare and an unprofessional way to speak to your customer. He made ridiculous analogies that I was asking for more than what we agreed to (Again a 10sqft spot to be seal coated), suggesting that what I was asking him for was no different than going to a fast food restaurant and asking for free fries with my meal. Chris goes on to tell me that he still needs to get more material and that he didn't know when he would be back. I continued to press him to give me a date so I could hold him accountable to that, but he refused. Needless to say, he never came back, called back, or returned any of my voicemails.

The owner Chris seems to have amnesia when I call him and explain who I am and makes horrible excuses why he cannot come out to see the issue. Driveway now needs to be redone... makes me sick.

My old house (circa 1850) presented unique challenges to them, but their experience prepared them to easily accomplish the task. So happy with the quality & the appearance of the finished work.

There was absolutely no communication between this company and myself and quite frankly I never saw Lenny again. My main contractor turned out to be a guy named Ethan. My main problem with this company was their serious lack of communication with me. They would call when they were already in route and leave little information on what to expect. I was supposed to know the ins and outs of a chimney rebuild with NO explanations from the supposed professionals. I never really had any conversations with them unless they didn't show up and I would call to find out why. My 1st impression was on the day they were supposed to start work here, after waiting 6 weeks, they requested to push the job back 2 more days. When I was not happy about that idea, Lenny said Ok they would start the next day. The next day Ethan showed up late, set up some scaffolding and then left at 10:30 never to return. Elite had successfully pushed my job back the 2 days they originally wanted in a very sneaky way, by pretending they were starting my job. I really don't appreciate a company that I have hired to act in such an unprofessional manner, thinking they pulled a fast one on their client. Nothing was ever communicated to me through the entire rebuild. Oh, but the day they finished they could knock on the door because final payment needed to be made. The invoice was in my email promptly the next morning. Previously they would maybe show up, maybe not a couple times with no explanation at all. This company felt no need to communicate with the client unless they wanted something. If I questioned something I was an annoyance to anyone associated with Elite. I was a non person with a checkbook to them. Not the kind of company I like to hire for a company with the highest quote! I could not tell you about the quality of the actual rebuild , I was relieved the stress was over. I certainly would not recommend Elite to anyone because in my opinion they are terribly unprofessional and did nothing to educate me about the process, did not like being questioned and after they received final payment reached out so they didn't get a bad review. Hopefully they treat the next paying customer a little better.

Many times you will see blocks that will raise up and become uneven. These did not do that. I've gotten a few weeds between the blocks but I've always pulled them when they are small and then sprayed...I suppose if one lets the weeds grow it could get messy. But you couldn't place that blame on the company. So for me - that did not happen. They are friendly and pleasant to work with.
