We took our RV tanks to the location and were quickly met by Samantha, a great woman working to fill them. She was good at getting us our propane and was friendly and knowledgeable. Although refilling propane tanks is occasionally necessary in an RV park, I've never liked getting them filled. We will return to BayGas Propane because of our experience, Samantha's friendliness and professionalism, and the reasonable cost of the propane. This is how it went: I asked for delivery before they inspect the tank for leak a week later they send a delivery truck he did not deliver because of gas leak, that cost me more than$129. About 10 days later they send a tech to fix the leak that cost me more than $440 and leak was not fixed. I called a different co. in 3 days and one visit leak was fixed and gas was delivered. After about 5 or more phone calls (average one hour...) Amerigas wants me to wait 4 weeks to get rest of my $, maybe.

A few weeks later the district manager contacted me for information. I explained about the oil spill and sent him pictures. I also requested cleanup. He said he would follow up. He never got back to me. Over the next few months I emailed him directly and contacted customer support several times and they said they would have him call me. I even went thru the resolutions department and still no response. I have never dealt with worst customer service than this. My hope is that upper management sees this and deals with their lack of customer service from their district manager. Most companies want customers for life. This is the exact opposite. They give me the impression that they do not care for their customers at all. I cannot recommend Amerigas due to this poor service. To Amerigas upper management I recommend you train your district manager in proper customer service procedures and to respond to customers rather than ignore them and to issue a written apology to me for this unacceptable level of customer service.

So, another citizen recommended Patco. I called and talked to Bill, who assured me that Cheyanne could do the job, and boy did she ever!!! She came up with the PERFECT match!! I've only stained the door framing so far, but the stain match is beyond perfect. I'm so glad that I rediscovered this store.
