The whole experience was surprisingly pleasant! The price was great too. They were $100+ less than other shops in the area.

I took it back to them thinking that they would probably cover it or take something off when I got ready to pick it up. It was supposed to be two weeks and ended up being one month - they charge me $165 to change the carburetor again the carburetor was only about 30 bucks. They charge me over $130 in labor and parts. You would think that they would not charge me as much labor being that it hasn't even been a year since the carburetor was changed last time. Don't waste your time. My mistake, dropping it off to them a second time and I will never go back to them again. I had to insist they give me at least a 30 warranty in which they wrote in.

As for customer service, they will email and call you to communicate about your transaction. Every repair will come with a well laid out invoice and the parts they changed out. It took OVER ONE YEAR from the time…read moreI dropped off my shotgun to get coated and being able to pick it up (The ONLY thing I'll say in their defense is that it took ~3-4mo to get new stocks in from Benelli... but seriously... it took another 8mo to coat?!) If you notice... all of the great reviews stop right around when the original company was sold! When I originally dropped it off, I spoke with a great guy that really knew his stuff and had created the pattern I was going with. Long story short, that company got sold and the entire original crew left. From that point on, it was a complete nightmare. I would call in month after month, and every single time, I received some run-around of why it wasn't completed (see list below of the different excuses from the owner). According to the 'owner', it had already been stripped and had the base coat on, otherwise I would have picked it up then. All in all, they couldn't do it, so they actually had to send it to someone else to get done. FINALLY, OVER A YEAR LATER I GO TO PICK UP MY GUN... they didn't even coat some extra components (bolt, counterweight, bolt release, choke) I originally paid for AND was missing some Briley parts I had originally installed on there. Excuses form the 'owner' why it took a year: 1.) The original company sold and they were going to be able to do a pattern 95% similar - I'd say they only got the finished product about 20% similar 2.) The 'new guy' they had working on my gun was working on it 3.) The 'new guy' they had working on it left the company (2 people leaving this company at this point 4.) A very experienced guy was now working on it and would have it done in a week 5.) The very experienced guy was in a car crash - agreed to wait until this guy came back to work to finish it 6.) The experienced guy from the car crash left the company (3 people have now left the company) 7.) Had someone else working on it now - not sure how it's going to work 8.) From the owner - "The pattern didn't come out like we wanted on a test piece" so they had sent it to another shop in Witchita Falls, TX - 'should have it back in a week or two 9.) The subcontracted shop was now having issues and were forced to make the patterns from vinyl - taking another month 10.) Month later - "They're almost done at the subcontractor" 11.) 3 weeks later - "They have a few more coats left to go" 12.) 2 weeks later - It's all done and they'll have it shopped tomorrow 13.) 2 weeks later - Called in and it just shipped from the subcontractor 14.) 2 weeks later - they finally assembled it and I can FINALLY pick it up. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!! I'm now out 550$ on a $2.5k gun that I would have been better off having my 4yr old neice spray paint with Rustoleum.
