Unfortunately, our experience with their service is totally sub par and unacceptable. We made arrangements for the OSI on 5/27/14 and were waiting as requested for a Tech to show between 8:00am and 12pm. We even confirmed with the call center at 8:30am and were told there were several problems they needed to be taken care of before they would come to us. I left my cell phone, just in case the tech needed to be in touch to tell us if he was going to be late. He never got the number or ignored, no way of tell. He showed up at 12:40pm. Alas we rescheduled for today June 4, 2014 only to receive phone message at 9:23am telling us we either we had to be sure we were home or contact the call in center to reschedule. Once I was out of the bath room, I called and was told he would be with us before the 4 hour window ended. Between 8 and 12. When 12 rolled around I called the dispatcher and was told he had to attend to an emergency leak and I simply asked if she would be in touch with the tech to see if in fact he was going to make it considering lunch hours etc. She told me she would be back to me immediately...now it close to an hour later and have not heard a peep. Made the decision NOT to deal with them any more, WE ADVISE THE SAME FOR ANYONE THINKING OF USING SUBURBAN IN ROCKLAND COUNTY NY.
