Scott came out to survey matters and recommended a location for the tank; he took photos of the existing water heater and plumbing. We received a quote in about a week. We went down to their office and met with Kevin the branch manager who showed us the two brands they sell and based on his recommendation we went with Navien. Holcon's team took care of everything from the permit application with our town to installing the tank and running the gas line, to removing the existing tank and installing the new Navien. Kevin and James did the installation and they were extremely hard workers. The installation which included reworking the water lines was very professional. This was an excellent turnkey project for us. Based on Navien's calculations we expect to save about $6,000 versus the electric heater over the 15 yrs that this unit is under warranty!

The employees do a great job cleaning the really dirty spots before you go through the wash. My one complaint is that my car usually comes out pretty wet and I have to dry my windows off. There are vacuums in the lot if you need to clean the inside of your car. I wouldn't be opposed to them adding a service to do that for you-hint! I will continue to come to Airport Auto Wash.

I have spoken to Bernadette in the South Windsor office, along with at least 3 other employees, and NONE of them have done what they said they would do, which is close the account for the place we NO longer live at. Don't even bother calling after 5 PM either, because you just get a generic call center that can't do ANYTHING and just says they will "send a note" to the branch, which then seems to magically disappear into a black hole and never get to them. I have NEVER worked with a company that has such terrible communication and is SO inefficient. I have sent a certified letter to them as a last ditch effort to get this account closed before I figure out what else to do. DESPICABLE. Then, when I called them, they threatened to pick up the tank if I did not immediately pay the $19. Mind you, we had just purchased the home the week before, along with the appriximately $350 worth of gas that was already in the tank. After the first distressing threat in that call, I directed them to speak with my husband..,which they did. He asked for an invoice for the $19 and for pricing and agreement to take over the tank lease. They did not send either - but they did send a truck to pick up the tank FULL of OUR gas! I turned the driver away, he asked me to talk to his boss on his cell phone (no mask, speaking into a strangers cell phone during quarantine!). I told Mike the issue, and that we had never received docs...Bernadette did not send them after initial two requests. Then, MIke failed to send them as well. However, they did manage to send ANOTHER truck to steal our 350 worth of gas! THREE DAYS BEFORE CHRISTMAS. Not only are they trespassing on my property again and again, their gross negligence and somewhat vindictive behavior is bizarre, unwarranted and borders on harassment. One more trespass and I am getting lawyered up, I am so done wi5 these thieves and incompetents. We know from our neighbors that they will not pay us for the gas in the tank, they will steal it by charging outlandish fees for tank pickup and offloading our (stolen) gas back into their tanks. Although I wouldn't rave about the general area All-Gas is in, the place itself is fine. Arrived during the lunch hour on a Thursday and no issues finding. Have to say that everyone there is super-friendly. Gentlemen outside pointed me exactly where to go and the guy waiting for me at the counter was friendly, helpful as could be. Many places these days apparently will do a tank swap instead of actually filling the tank and giving it back to you. My tank is brand spanking new and aluminum, so was not looking to have swapped with an older, steel tank. Happy to report that All-Gas fills up what you have. Without calling out specific companies or pricing, I will just say that pricing here is very competitive. Have a friend who is currently getting ripped off by another place and have already texted him to come here when he needs another refill. Simple, quick, friendly, cheap. My kind of place.

I called All Gas to see what could be done about this. After many calls to All Gas, I received a call from "Dave". I explained my situation and he stated they were busy, it's winter and he is only delivery driver? After numerous calls to All Gas, 1 month later Dave answers his cel and stated he was out with covid for 30 days. If you've ever called All Gas all there message says repeatedly is being recorded. I guess they missed my numerous meesages. Dave told me to make sure I had a clear path to my tank. Not only did I clear a path, I sent Dave a couple pictures and a video to prove. Once more I got crickets from Dave. I called All Gas again (the receptionist is outstanding) this time to escalate my 2 month long attempted to get the tank moved. She transferred me to Dave's manager (I forget his name). Same issue, no call backs and I have other companies unable to complete work on my home. I finally left the owner a voicemail and things picked up a bit. I have now gone from having to tank relocated to come remove the tank and all ties with All Gas. 1 day I come home to find Dave and a co worker removing the tank. The manager called approx. 3 mins prior to me arriving home and left me a message they we're coming. A courtesy call the day prior would've have nice shown some form of customer service. I introduced myself the driver and helper. Dave didn't want to identify himself but he did. Let's take a step back. The last time I spoke with the manager he told me he was going to call scheduling and call me back. Long phone I guess. They finally showed 2 weeks later. My tank was approx 60-70% full. I no have a bill from All Gas stating I owe them from the pick up, tank return to? When my tank was emptied I was charged from also. As for the far market value on the propane still in the, I was reimbursed for what I paid for fuel 2-3 yrs ago and not far market value. All Gas turned around all sold it at todays market. So, with all that being said. I will never do business with all gas or anyone associated with them. I will never refer them and definitely add my opinion to anyone mentioning the word propane. So, here is the time line. 1st call to All Gas 1/09/26. Actual tank removal date 3/13/26. Those dates are concrete. The moment was I was told it had to be moved the Chat with other companies began. I will pay all sup the $40.00 they claim i owe them, believing after all the poor service you should've have removed the tank in good faith and called it. Go to Bbqtankexpress.net and order what you need. Tank exchange, full extra tank, whatever. It says on the website "order by Wednesday - get it by Friday". Today two technicians arrived on time and did an excellent job. The pilot light would not stay light in one of my natural gas fireplaces. The tech knew exactly what to do and it was working in record time. The other gas fireplace was cleaned. They were very polite, professional and competent. I would very highly recommend this company.
