Since they are only 1/2 mile away from my house and I used them in 2013, I thought it would be easy to do so again. I was wrong! I walked in their showroom and two women were sitting behind the counter. I began a discussion with the Owner, Liz, on what I needed. She came out from behind the counter to show me what they had available by pointing those things out on the showroom floor. They no longer rent umbrella tables (understandable), but Liz kept referring to tables she and her husband ordered at a trade show that were supposed to be in that week. She said she thought they held umbrellas, but wasn't sure. She said she would have to talk to her husband to confirm and get back to me. Liz stated that the minimum order for delivery is $200. After going back and forth on different scenarios that included tables with and without umbrellas, we arrived at an amount just over the $200 minimum in either scenario. When we began to discuss when I would need the equipment delivered, she was clear in letting me know that delivery would be tricky because my $200 order couldn't delay a $600 order because they would lose money. Without warning, she asked me, "Well, what kind of car do you drive?" When I told her it's a convertible Camaro, she asked me, "Well, what kind of car do your kids drive?" Um, none of your business! Is $200 the minimum order for delivery or not? She went on to say that if I knew someone with a truck or SUV, I could have them pick up and drop off the equipment. After the above discussion, we went back to the front desk and she started giving me delivery and pick up dates. After having decided on a delivery and pick up date, she reneged! She said that the calendar was tight and they would be moving some things around and she would call me to let me know 1) whether or not the tables held umbrellas and 2) when they could deliver and pick up the equipment. She said until then, she couldn't give me a quote. I left. This was on Tuesday. Fast forward to Friday...she never called me. I called the store and explained my situation to the woman that answered the phone. She said she would call Liz and get back to me. She called me back and let me know that the tables weren't coming in. She then asked if I wanted to place a partial order by getting the balance of the equipment I wanted (chairs, tablecloths, hi boys, etc.) with them and I could get the tables somewhere else. I kindly declined the partial order. ! I found that to be very tacky! Liz didn't even bother calling me back to let me know the tables weren't coming in. I'm not surprised as she was very dismissive of my $200 order while I was in the showroom. I called "It's My Party Rentals" in Alpharetta. Although they didn't have the tables with umbrellas, they referred me to "Suburban Party Rental" because she thought they may rent them. I called Suburban Party Rental, and they have the tables and will be delivering my entire $300 order from Marietta (approx. 10 miles away).

My review is for the Uhaul Dealership here…read more I rented a smaller uhaul truck from this location and did the after hours pickup/dropoff. It was the first time I had ever scheduled after hours so was worried how the process would go. In my request, I put in for furniture protection cloths. When I arrived, the process was easier than I thought. I dloaded the Uhaul app, and they had 5 lock boxes near the front door. Through the app, it gave me a code for the key and also a photo of where my uhaul was. Everything was all there! The drop-off process took a little longer (had to take like 8 photos) but the convenience and ease of getting/returning Uhaul was much simpler than I expected. The only complaint I have is that the small uhauls don't have a ramp and I "think" the Uhaul we had contained bed bugs. Please thoroughly clean vehicles after each use.

Dwayne seriously took my stress level down a few notches which was such a relief! They were professional and friendly. I was moving from a one bedroom apartment to a two bedroom townhouse so I wasn't sure where everything would go in the new place. The only comments I have that make this a 4 and not 5 star rating are that a queen-size boxspring will not fit in horizontally. Learned this the hard way after loading the entire box with space left at the top for the mattress & box spring. Ended up leaving the box spring behind. One of the latches on the box door was broken and wouldn't close all the way, so it shipped with one lock not locked. It's made of sheets of plywood, so watch out for splinters. Would definitely use them again. Best bargain for this kind of shipping, after much research.

I used them for an out-of-state move, and what could have been an incredibly stressful experience was handled by a group of motivated, friendly, professional young men who genuinely seemed to take pride in their work. I've moved enough times to know that isn't always the case. Moving is hard, physical work, and I've encountered crews elsewhere who understandably seemed overworked, rushed, or unhappy to be there. Campbell has clearly done a fantastic job building a team with a completely different culture. Everyone was courteous, positive, hardworking, and incredibly conscientious with my belongings. The level of care really impressed me. Every single item was properly protected with moving blankets and shrink wrap. Marble tabletops were carefully removed and handled separately. When they reached a delicate shelving unit with glass shelves, they didn't rush or take shortcuts -- they took the time to remove each piece of glass, wrap it properly, and make sure everything was transported safely. That attention to detail continued throughout the entire move. Most importantly, I never felt like I had to supervise or worry. I could see that they knew what they were doing and cared about doing it well, which allowed me to relax during a process that is normally anything but relaxing. Campbell and the team also worked with me on pricing and were very fair. One piece of advice for anyone getting a quote: take the time to provide as accurate an inventory as possible. It will help them give you the most competitive and realistic price from the beginning. Moving isn't inexpensive, particularly when you're going out of state, but Bullseye was absolutely worth it. Chris is an absolute Tetris genius. I'm pretty sure he used every cubic inch of that truck and made it all fit without issue. We labeled our boxes with the rooms they belonged in, and the crew placed everything exactly where it needed to go in the new house. They also took great care in protecting our furniture, which gave us a lot of peace of mind throughout the move. One thing we really appreciated was their help with disassembly and reassembly.
