1/5/24....Terribly sh*tty Subway. Worker half-a** made the worst subway turkey salad in the history of Subway. Said they did not have subway vinaigrette but I saw it when she opened the fridge for the Italian dressing packets. I understand she was the only person in there but only one fork full into my salad, you could see the bottom of the container. It was more of a charcuterie board for a 5 year old than a salad. I felt like correcting her would've been too much here. Terrible. read more

We stopped for gas and popped in to the Subway for a bite. The food was okay; but it was appalling how filthy the restroom was. The ladies' had mold around the water line in the toilet and the sink had not been scrubbed in months. Honestly, had I seen the bathroom before I ordered food, I would have walked out. My husband said the men's room was probably worse. When I came out of the bathroom, I told one the staff that the bathroom needed to be cleaned. She said she hadn't been in there today (??!!). read more

As soon as I walked in with a mask in my hand the lady yelled at me that I needed one. Then proceeded to tell a customer that she was tired of having to say that to people everyday. Another customer came in after me with a mask in their hand and she yelled at them too. She has purple nails and purplish hair. I was thinking of leaving a nice tip but I will never be back here again. She is a grown woman. read more

We stopped by and the service, along with the sandwich were fine. All in keeping with expected Subway standards

I have gone to the subway a few times before, and I always tip and try to make it easy on employees so they don't get stressed out (I have worked for a subway before, I know how stressful it is to remember all the things on someone's sub) but when I came in, the woman was on the phone, and obviously did not want to serve me. She was much nicer to the people behind and in front of me but I'm not sure what made her act out so rudely towards me. All I got was two 6 inch subs, and every little thing I asked for, she told me it was extra charge. The same sandwiches cost me $12 last time, but she rung up for $17. That is ridiculous, I could have gotten two footlongs at a separate subway for that price. She waved her arms in the air and said "is there AAAAAnything else?!" As if she was talking to a complaining, shitty customer. I was going to tip, but after all of the side eyes and nasty talk i honestly just wanted to cry. She also smashed my sandwich together completely unevenly and took out all her aggression on the sauce bottle, making my sub soggy with ranch. This subway is connected to a gas station so I guess I can't ask for perfection, but honestly don't even go. I'll come back when my business is appreciated. read more

I don't understand how a national chain can not hold their restaurants to some common standards. This location cut back their hours drastically, even still there have been many times that they have been closed when they are supposed to be open. I tried to order my usual sandwich to find out the bread, the meat, the two of the veggies I wanted were "discontinued" but I just order the same sandwich at another location a week ago!!! And the employee informed me they no longer carry light mayo!!! What??? So much for trying to eat healthy. Also, the employees at this location are always dressed inappropriately. What happened to the uniform? Would be much better than flowered tights (not leggings- tights with no skirt) and a short graphic ratty T-shirt that only employee working was wearing. Totally unprofessional. I will not be eating at this location again. I may just stop eating Subway all together. Go to Firehouse. Not worth the money. read more

If I could give this location zero stars I would. Every time I have went, horrible experience. The employees basically don't wanna work and seem more worried about cleaning and going home then anything else, they immediately let you know everything they're out of so you don't order anything. They were out of most meats and only had white and wheat bread both times I went. I had a coupon and the young black girl told me that this location doesn't take coupons because they don't make enough money even though I could clearly scan my coupon at the register. Whoever is running this subway is doing a terrible job and it clearly needs new management they don't know how to hire they've had temporary hours since last year, they don't know how to order supplies and they definitely don't have a clue about customer service. This place deserves to be shut down. read more

The heavy set purple haired lady was unbelievably rude. I have never had anyone speak to me like that. If she is working you should promptly walk away. There is no way she is competent enough to keep a restaurant clean and up to human food grade standards. read more

Walked in and the older woman who appeared to be in charge had the worst attitude I have ever seen. The restraunt was out of bread other than a couple 6 inches. The lady was put out by our presence in the restraunt. She was wearing a shirt that had the subway logo and also "corona virus cluster fuck" not sure if this is an actual subway shirt or not but I'm actually appalled by the service of this restaurant. If that lady worked for me she would be instantly fired. Extremely dissapointed. read more

I was very disappointed and will not walk back in this subway. Sara(that's what she said her name was) was very unprofessional and had a very nasty attitude. This is the first time we have seen her, we was eating their weekly. They just lost some good customers. read more

Place was dead empty at 3p on a Wednesday. Took a minute standing at the counter before someone noticed I was there but can't blame them. Got the sweet onion chicken teriyaki with the "new and improved" chicken. Tasted fine. Dining area was reasonably clean. Diet coke at the fountain was a bit foamy. Ok experience but I feel like you can do a lot better with $8 and change than Subway... read more

First in line. Took a while for one of the 3 servers to acknowledge I was standing at the counter. Seems like they were not sure who's turn it is to serve the customer. Unmotivated, looks tired, sleepy and impaired. Had to keep repeating my order "6 inch tuna on wheat bread toasted, a bottle of water and 2 cookies". The server did not toast the bread after asking me if I wanted the tuna toasted also. After leaving the store down the road I realized she forgot to put my cookies in the bag. I almost returned to the store for a refund. I won't be back. read more

I have been too this subway several times over the past few months. I have notice a huge change in customer service and the change has been amazing. The two girls that work in the morning time really make the visit great. From their smiles to their suggestions. Great work girls!!! Keep up the wonderful job! read more
