Its subway, its delicious either way. But the lady who took my order was blatantly RUDE. She has 0 patience with customers and will give you a snarky tone and attitude if you tell her to fix her mistake. Honestly wouldnt recommend unless you like to be rushed. Find a different subway. read more

Dinner will not be served. Using the Subway App I placed a order for a few subs and to my surprise when arriving 10 minutes after the App said ready for pickup the manager told me there was nothing she could do as her ticket didn't print. I often overlook this Subway location, even though it is the one closest to my home. It's location in Auburn Hills Is convenient but, during lunchtime on weekdays their parking lot can fill up quickly making it tricky to get in and get out. All of your favorite ingredients are available here along with all of the usual choices of breads including my personal favorite, 9-Grain Honey Oat. Most of the time I pair that with Sweet Onion Teriyaki Chicken although I have occasionally been known to order the Veggie Sub! In my experience the staff here has always been efficient and polite while taking our order and making our sandwiches. Subway provides a reasonably healthy alternative to burgers or other fast food franchises and this location has always been clean and stocked with fresh ingredients on my visits. read more

we ordered lunch and my co-worker's sub had onions on it when she ordered "no onion" she also made it a meal and did not get her chips. I called the store and they offered to remake her sandwich; however, I informed him (later he said he is the owner) that I only have 30 mins for lunch and that time was up could he please refund the sandwich. He replied that I had to bring the sandwich back up in order to get a refund. I had to literally ask my boss for extra time and took the sandwich up there. I handed him the sandwich and he didn't even look at it and threw it in the trash. I asked him why would he make me bring it, that I NEVER heard of a place demanding food back like that and he said how do I know you weren't lying! I said well aren't you going to look to make sure then he said NO! he was very rude and said he was the owner and had been doing this for 30yrs and has always required the food to be returned. Our office orders from there at LEAST a couple times a month= NEVER AGAIN!!! Worst Subway location in the state of Michigan the rudest employees I have ever encountered one weekend they accept coupons the next week they do not accept coupons then they get mad at you because you did not see the sign that says they don't accept coupons a month except coupons amongst 4500 other pieces of paper taped all over the windows this is by far the worst Subway I do not recommend it I will never be going there again. This subway took my online order but did not complete the order, and then charged me for the full order, delivered it, and when I called to get a refund for the missing item, refused. They tried to blame it on the DoorDash person not checking to see if the order was complete. Seems to me that's the responsibility of the restaurant. This is the 2nd time this particular subway screwed up my order and didn't do anything to fix it. I definitely cannot recommend this subway, so please go to another one! read more

Had a frustrating experience at this Subway. The woman who prepared my sub was named Nicole and she had a disgusting attitude. I arrived at the location at 9:30 which was clearly disappointing for her since she constantly complained about the fact that she was closing soon to the two guests ahead of me. She had unedited rap music playing from her cell phone, it didn't bother me, but there were children in the restaurant, so it is unacceptable for a franchise like subway. By time she was done with the two guests in front of my the time was 9:45, I've never seen anyone take a longer amount of time to make two subs. Each step of making my sandwich she complained. "I hate when people ask for it to be toasted," and "You sure you want all of that?" The worst part was when a guest came in at 9:56 and she told him that she wouldn't served him because the store was closed, despite being closed at 10. As I was cashing out she actually told me that she was an hour late and was going to slowly mop for an extra hour to get her time back. The food was fine, but I can get a better sub somewhere for the same price and not have to put up with awful customer service. read more
