We got a 20lb tray of carne asada and a 20lb tray of the pollo asada and we were not only very disappointed but really embarassed. When I think of pollo and carne asada I imagine well spiced, cut up grilled steak and chicken. I got 2 X 20 lbs trays of tasteless tan and brown pellets. No sign of browning, grill marks or taste. Some might argue it wasn't really meat. Just ruined the stuff... Guacamole was good, the flour tortillas and chips were pretty good, but when the main protein(s) suck, the event can't really recover.
