Absolutely terrible service. We repeatedly said our order 5-10 times no joke and yet still got it wrong.

Gerald is the best worker ever and the food was the best Taco Bell I've ever had highly recommend

It's been quite a while since we ate at a Taco Bell but suddenly I felt a craving for crunchy tacos. We could argue about whether or not Taco Bell is authentic Mexican but if you like what they make, it really doesn't matter! We both do love good Mexican food; I'm particularly fond of Tamales still wrapped in corn husks and have made my own from scratch at home. But, where was I? Oh, yeah, Taco Bell's Crunchy Tacos! I suddenly couldn't get them off my mind and knew a Taco Bell run was in my future. Doing some research on Yelp, I noticed ratings ranging from 1.5 to 3.5, and unfortunately, the closest one for me was the 1.5, although I had eaten there previously and gave them a 3. The 3.5 location wasn't that much farther so that's how I ended up here. I called in and then chose to use the Drive Thru for convenience, but got stuck because two cars ahead didn't move for at least five minutes. When it finally moved, I confirmed my order for ten Crunchy Tacos with assorted Mild, Hot, and Diablo sauces, pulled up to the window, and paid. Then I was asked politely to pull ahead and my order would be brought out to me; we've all had that experience. Without too long of a wait, I received my order and headed home to my starving (for tacos) wife. We cleared the table and unloaded the bag and then, finally, the moment we had been looking forward to for a couple of weeks. I mostly stayed with the Diablo Sauce that seemed like a medium to hot at most restaurants. I had one with hot which seemed like most medium sauces. As for mild, oh why bother...just use ketchup! Oops, I said the wrong thing. My wife, who hates ketchup, vigorously defends that it is way better than ketchup. Because I prefer to be happy than right, I said, "Yes, my love," and moved on. As for the Tacos, they had the familiar taste and crunch we remembered. I did find that five of the ten had broken taco shells even though I drove under the speed limit all the way home. But that didn't affect the taste in any way. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and knew what they were doing. Now I'll wait for my next Taco craving. And remember, it doesn't have to be a Tuesday! read more

Used to be our go to Taco Bell but it's gotten bad lately. Drive thru people unfriendly and have consistently gotten my order wrong. Also you can order on the app for in store pick up only to arrive with the doors locked? This is probably one of the worst Taco Bell experiences I have had. Drive thru was slow, and the food was poorly prepared. The beans on my burrito were so old they should never have been served. The tacos were watery and not good. Won't visit this location again. read more

Horrible experience. Ordered through the app and went to the restaurant and they didn't have half the items in our order. The woman working offered no assistance, said we'd have to use the app to get a refund. You can't, only gives options for feedback. She also didn't offer to even change the items. This locations stinks. At least with McDonald's app if their ice cream machine is broken you can't order it. This location clearly can't put things in inventory so the app knows to not let you order and clearly doesn't have management that knows how to order supplies. read more

This Taco Bell on Crooks rd is great! My food is always so hot, fresh, and fast. The service that I have received has been impeccable. The staff are always so helpful and friendly. I have only been inside for pickup orders, but the ambiance is nice, and everything is clean. Hands down, this Taco Bell is way better than the one over on Rochester Road. read more

This place is nearly useless. They are back to having their inside closed most or all of the time. Previously they were putting a sign on the door that an experienced customer would know meant it was not open and you could just drive off. Not good service but better than now. Now they don't bother with a sign so when you park and then get to the door you find it locked. That is completely thoughtless of their customers. Nobody should go here. I do not eat in my car and will not do drive thru. Off my list of lunch stops. There are plenty of other places nearby that seem to care about their customers experience. read more

Walked into the lobby and they refused to take my order said I had to get out. When I mentioned to them that I'm in a big truck and can't go through the drive thru they said they did not care and I could not order inside. read more

Ordered through the carry-out and the employee was courteous and efficient. The food was fresh and just the way I ordered it.

I don't go to this location all that often, but when I do, it's kind of touch and go. I think it depends on who's working and what crowd is there. The crowds aren't sketchy at all, but seems to be a questionable high school/college freshman feel to it. Anyways, the place is usually clean and well stocked. I normally never have a problem and the service here is actually better then the one off Walton and Livernois. Food comes out quick, place is clean and everything is where it should be. Location is convienient, and I normally never have a problem here, but like I said, the crowds here can be weird at times. Will return if I need to in the future. read more

It is nice that Taco Bell offers contactless drive thru and ordering online, however our orders are always missing one of the bigger ticket items that was someone's whole dinner. When we call the store, "oh just come back and we will replace it!" But I'm already home, why would I want to leave my home AGAIN to replace food that was your mistake? The online app ordering isn't without bugs too. When it first came out (2017-18 ish)I ordered and paid. I pulled up to the drive thru and the gave my name and background and the person on duty feigned ignorance and made me pay again for my food. I complained to the manager the next day and he said he would give a refund. I never got it though. I tried to complain online at Taco Bell and they do not allow that. This location has gotten a lot worse in that time. I have a hungry, angry pissed off husband who is missing his complete order now and a son without a quesarito and no one wants to go back out to get it. We've always had good service and food from this Taco Bell. But I had to write a review today because as we were driving by, I noticed one of the staff members absolutely full on sprinting after a car to give them food that they either forgot or didn't wait for. The driver was totally oblivious and drove off without noticing, but the TB staff person did literally everything they could to get these people their food. I was impressed. went to Rochester road mi Taco Bell. Got in line at 12:25 left at 1:05. Two cars left and the line was around building. Finally was next person to order but the girl in the truck in front of me kept talking to employee and bursting out laughing . They were not always talking about her order I could hear them. Then I finally got to order and waited and waited again. So the truck was picking up her order and it was the same thing.Employee talking sticking his head way out the window. Then I noticed her order was small not even a drink. Got to window didn't say nothing he didn't have it together at all. He said he was sorry and would take off the bean burrito that they had employees in training. No excuse I was watching him wasting time. I've owned a restaurant and this is totally unacceptable. Someone should be written up. I live less than a mile from there. When I got home my food was cold only the bean burrito was lukewarm in the middle. I'll pay for my food and get it hot. Very great location right off the freeway in Rochester. Just opened recently and they hired an awesome cashier to get everyone comfortable with this new location. Mary is killin it. She was recommending menu items (because Taco Bell has an ever changing menu) and greeting customers by name that she had remembered from a previous time. Great Taco Bell. The location is right by my daily drive from work so I will be going there more often then. The service was nice, the food was well prepared and the location was quiet. The fact that it was quiet was actually my favorite part. Size wise it is one of the locations with smaller seating area but even thought it was relatively busy it was still easy to have a conversation and enjoy a meal. The drive-thru gets crazy busy during lunch time and they get slow with orders but other than that, a pretty decent Taco Bell.

I will never go to this Taco Bell again and will tell everyone I know not to go here. Then completely messed up my order and by the time I got home with my food, I found out I had 3 incorrect items...put fiesta potatoes in my order instead of pintos and cheese...gave me spicy ranch with nachos instead nacho cheese. They removed my daughters box order when I asked them to replace my order with a box instead and charged me for everything. I had to make a second trip to the TB closest to our house to get the items I actually wanted. If you want things right the 1st time, go to the Taco Bell on Walton and Livernois. I'll start out by saying that I'm not from Michigan, but the service at this Taco Bell makes me want to bring it back down to Cincinnati with me. I came here for the first time the other day and it was absolutely packed. Normally, I would've been waiting for 15+ minutes for food, but the staff were on top of it and cranked through the line with no problem while also taking care of the drive through. The food was great and not cold like the Taco Bell's around me. But now we'll get to the reason that I'm really writing this review; the staff. My gosh, everyone there is so friendly. One lady in particular is the reason I decided to write this- Mary. She is just an absolute ray of sunshine. When I came in, she was smiling and joking around with the customers like they were old friends. You could tell everyone who talked to her was brightened by the encounter. You don't come across people like her very much in fast food. Even better; she was wearing a chicken hat to promote the new naked chicken chips that Taco Bell brought in. I went back today just to get her name, and she was the same sort of bubbly that she was the first time I was in. The world needs more people like Mary! read more
