I did ask for gravy on the whole sandwich and the mashed potatoes (because the picture on their website looked like gravy only came on the mashed potatoes and I do like a little extra) but I wasn't expecting a to-go box literally full of gravy, so that's probably my fault. The texture of the beef mixed with all the gravy and mashed potatoes was a bit unpleasant and soupy and I periodically had to pick burnt bits and foil out my mouth so that also took away from the experience. They seem to have a pretty vast menu and I had no idea what I was going to get when I walked in. The young lady that took my order was very friendly and helped me come to my decision so the customer service was good and I appreciated her patience with me.
