During the pandemic, they kept going with delivery and curbside pick up and eventually opened for in-store pick up and eventually for in-store dining again. Over the past few years they have been rewarded with a growing and loyal customer base. All of this means that if you want to place an order, be prepared, especially on weekend mornings, for a decent delay as they will at times become swamped with customers. I highly recommend downloading and using their app. Much better than trying to use a third party app to order. Plus you get occasionally discounts/rewards. In order to help address the breakfast rush hour, a few years ago they installed a very large wall with alphabetized shelves for pick up orders. in addition, they recently added a monitor that shows which orders are currently ready and on the shelf, and which orders are in progress with a time estimate for when it will be ready.
