The bun itself was so light and fluffy, and the tofu was crispy. They didn't skimp on the pork in the chili noodles - about half the dish was really tender pork. What makes Sophia's exceptional to me, though: I ordered a bunch of of food for my family in Baltimore; we had a death in the family and people were coming from all over the country for the funeral.
