"Hope we don't get sick"... not something you wanna hear right after we leave the restaurant. Honestly, where do I begin. The place is poorly run. A bunch of high school kids who make you feel bad for ordering. Annoyed & make nasty faces while you try to check out. - I wish I was joking, but they were eating cookies from the cookie case in front of us. Using dirty knives to close up our sandwiches, not replacing their gloves after touching oven doors and other things in the restaurant.... Save the money. Go to a local place down the street. They should do themselves a favor and close this location. Really disappointed. read more

Bread is stale, they get snippy if you ask for any extra, and I think they went around Nashville actively looking for the most rude, most unprofessional employees they could find and hired them on the spot. I've been to this Subway at least once or twice a week for the past 4 months since I found this location. The space is always clean and there is usually plenty of available seating. 9 times out of ten my sandwich is perfect and the staff is friendly. My only complaint is that often when I come for breakfast the yogurt parfaits are not made yet. read more

Awful service. The guy working was rude, and the franchise owner lady was also very rude. While cutting the bread, he smashed it flat so it didn't hold the toppings well. She accused us of trying to get a higher priced sandwich for cheaper, nope. Both of our chicken breasts were still FROZEN. They didn't use their reheat oven properly and we couldn't eat them. I really don't recommend eating at this location, you'd be better off picking trash from the side of the road read more

Worst experience ever. About a month ago an Indian guy is very rude and maybe a little sick in the head. Asked him for a foot long wheat, before he started cutting it the bread just started to shrink in his hands, asked him to change it because there is no way you can make a sandwich with that shrunken bread. I come to this Subway all the time and have had some really good experiences. Tonight is not one of those times. Walked up to the door to find all the lights off and door locked at 5:15 PM. There were several others who experienced the same thing as I was standing outside trying to decide where to go. Very frustrating to have to explanation, just a locked door. read more

Just went to this restaurant, my wife ordered a bacon chicken ranch, there was no bacon on her sandwich. The guy did only charge for a chicken breast sandwich, but wasn't what she ordered. I then showed him two chips and asked for two drinks and make them meals. We paid and asked for our cups l, which he said you didn't order drinks. We asked if he could fix it and he was apathetic at best and didn't know how to fix the situation. It was very weird and awkward situation, so we left with our chips and our wrongly made sandwiches. There was no effort to fix the situation. We usually like this subway a lot, but these two new people didn't help out experience at all. We just wanted a little better customer service and since we are giving them our business, we would've liked them to help make fix the issues we had. If I could give ZERO stars I would. This place is terrible. Been a handful of times and walked out on 3 occasions. They are always out of something. Today we got there at 10:30 for breakfast. First of all the girl stared at us. Not a "hello" or "how can I help you". We proceeded to order. As soon as we mentioned breakfast, she tells us they are out of egg again. Really? Last week, I ate here with three small children and my son dropped his barely eaten sandwich on the floor by mistake. Lettuce, green peppers, and olives went EVERYWHERE. While I was cleaning up (my kid wouldn't stop crying because the sandwich had to go bye-bye) the employee behind the counter never offered to get me a broom or help in any way. There were no other customers in the restaurant. Silly me for assuming that common courtesy still existed. So... after this adventure and many screwed up orders on previous occasions... Worst Subway ever. Was told each kids meal was a dollar only to find out at the register only the 1st one was. The others were like $6 each. I wouldn't have ordered them had I known that which is why I asked. Also, rude rude employee. I will never visit this location ever again. My friend always drinks water with her meals and during the day. She is not a fan of caffeine. She had her sandwich and chips and asked for water. The lady said that she would have to get a bottle of water. I was getting my tea at the time and asked why, explaining I clearly see a water tab on the side of the Sprite tab. She said that they no longer did that by having clear water cups because people were stealing drinks other than the water that they asked for. I understand the dishonesty of people but people who actually drink water shouldn't have to suffer because the staff is too chicken to call people out and demand that they pay for their drink. My friend said she didn't want a bottle of water and asked to purchase a regular cup that she could fill it up with water. She allowed this, but her combo was just as much as mine, meaning she charged her as if she was getting soda or tea! Then the manager, but I'm assuming, owner, came and actually stood right beside me at the drink machine as I added lemon to my tea and watched my friend fill up her cup with water!! As if she was going to "steal" a drink, even though she paid full price!!! Never again! The owners of this particular franchise seem greedy and judgmental of customers when you walk through the door. LIVE ROACH ON SANDWICH MAKING LINE! I love Subway, but I would NEVER go to the 6688 Nolensville store again!!! I was there on Oct 26, 2016. While the man "Krupal" was i making my sandwich, a large roach crawled out of the area where the food is and crawled onto the metal surface where they make sandwiches. I pointed at the roach with shock, Krupal just calmly said "oh, yes, i see it." He killed it, removed gloves, washed hands, put on new gloves, and continued making my sandwich. He did not even clean the counter top!!! I was so shocked I didn't even think to fight the bill or refuse the sandwich. Took the sandwiches home and threw them away. WOULD NEVER WALK into that Subway again. Called store manager (he did not return call). Called corporate. They had store manager call me. He would not refund $, just blamed the "employees". I have now called the health department and written a review because this situation was not satisfactorily addressed. DISGUSTING LOCATION!!! I've been to this subway on many occasions,usually treated well..I just got back from this place and ive never written a bad review about anyone about anything but i could not stop being mad about the situation and how unfair it is to be treated the way he was treating me...The man behind the counter "krupal" as it says on my reciept ,was an absolute rude and ignorant human being...He said Not one word, i said hello he took a minute or two to even walk by me to wash his hands still not saying anything...washed his hands forever,slowly walked over after drying his hands and stood there with his head down until i said what i wanted...He never ever made any type of communication with me other than what do you want on it after he toasted it without asking me if i wanted it toasted. He also mumbled it so it was impossible to even hear... after that he never said thank you or have a good day or not a word.. so i said your welcome for him.. i even left a tip and he threw it in the tip jar and walked away...I've never seen such a miserable person in my life...This is NOT a person i would want representing my business and i own a very successful company and i am 100% strict on great customer service ... this was far from it... read more

Just got out of this restaurant with the worst experience I've ever had. Usually during the lunch time Subway is always busy but this restaurant was not. A few group eating inside and only one customer ahead me. I went there with my 2 children. Asked for 2 kids menu with wheat bread, this lady didn't listen to me carefully then got 2 white breads out. Asked if they're wheat bread. She looked at me like a weirdo(per my 9year old boy). Again, it was NOT busy and there's no need to be hurried. There was only one group(one man with a child) behind us. She looked at me like she didn't hear me so I asked again, if they're wheat bread. Then she threw those breads away and got 2 wheat breads out. We couldn't ask her anything more because of her attitude. My 7year old son asked her to put mayo and honey mustard on his sub, but she didn't listen and put mayo only. It was very embarrassing the whole time we make orders. I've eaten Subway subs tons of time and I've never had a problem before. My 9 year old and 7 year old sons told me she was very unkind. People will keep visiting this Subway because it's a franchise but hey, just listen to your customers carefully. It's not a hard thing to do. If you can't hear them well, just ask to voice up. Subway is definitely on the low end of the totem when it comes to sandwich chains and we all know what to expect. I have been to this location twice and both times it has been terrible. There is an older Indian gentleman that always makes the sandwiches. If you ask me he isn't fit to clean the bathroom. He slips the sandwich together like he's half asleep and could care less about helping you decide on anything. He squirts the mayonnaise in hopes of flooding the entire thing. He throws the cheese on unevenly and rushes you through the line even though there's no one else in the store. His performance also matches his attitude and tonight I was fortunate enough to receive one of his hairs in my sandwich as well. I feel sorry for the nice little high school girl that speaks up behind him when you have a question as if to make up for his complete disregard. If you wish to eat here make sure and prepare yourself to be completely dissatisfied. Shame on you Indian guy.. This is the job you chose to do.. Do it with some dignity for peets sake! read more

Writing this review to beg the owners of this franchise to fire the woman who works there who is so snippy to customers. I can't be the only one who complains. Today, I asked her to please make the same sandwich as the man right in front of me (which she just made), and she said "I can't remember." Do understand, she was standing right there beside his sandwich, two feet away from her. So I tell her what she put on it and she put eight passes of Sriracha sauce on it. After toasting it, she slammed it back down on the counter and a good amount of shredded chicken was hanging off and fell into the dressing cooler. When I got home, I wrung my sandwich out and dressing went everywhere, all of the condiments fell out, and I threw my sandwich away.
