It's been a minute since we tried Hardee's.  The last time we ate hear the jingle was "Hurry on down to Hardee's, where the burgers are charcoal broiled." Char broiled has replaced charcoal, but the flavor of the burger is still good, no matter how they are doing it. You can still taste the grill. We had the big cheeseburger which was ample sized and juicy, and made to order. The onions and pickles were also sizable, crisp, and fresh.   The fries, as we were told are dropped to order and came out fresh.  We always get a chocolate shake when we can for fry dipping. It tasted great. Not overly sweet or artificial flavor tasting. We tried the. We hot chicken and waffle.  The chicken breast was also good sized hot and juicy.  The waffle could have been a little bigger as it doubles as the bun.   Lastly, the service and cleanliness of the place was excellent. I understand the Hardees Corporate Office is in Franklin Tn. I have gone through the "Contact Us" on their website. My complaint is about the Hardees mobile App. It is non functioning, time consuming, frustrating, total waste of time. If I were in a Corporation that had an App this useless I'd be EMBARRASSED! In this time, everyone's time and money is at a premium and to have an APP that not only refuses to allow the use of rewards, which is false advertising and fraud in my humble opinion, but it will not submit any order! The constant "Opps, something went wrong your order can not be processed at this time", is a testament of how much the customer is disrespected. Thank goodness, not all Apps are created equal and McDonald's, Burger King, Little Caesar's, Taco Bell, Subway, Cook Out, Sonic Firehouse Subs and Olive Garden have working Apps. Was waiting a while (10 min) for my food and was the only one in the drive thru. What I think was the manager gave it to me for free for my wait. Maybe it was because of my cute puppy in the passenger. Friendly staff and the nicest looking Hardee's I've been to. Burger was great and they removed everything I asked. 10/10. read more

Went to Wendy's next door. Dirty. disorganized. We left and walked over to Hardee's. First time in a Hardee's in about 20 years and it was a nice surprise. Very clean. Very nice. Good food. We would rather eat where we feel like we are getting clean food in a clean restaurant and will definitely be back. Oh, and Denise is probably the biggest reason it was a good experience. This is a new chain for me to eat at. The burgers are not quite as fast as McDonalds or Burger King. They do take a bit of time to make and will bring it to your table while you are waiting. Overall the burger has a fresher taste due to the toasted bun and freshly prepared meat. Not too bad if you looking for a fast food type of burger. I frequent this Hardee's on my way to work on early mornings. The lady at the drive thru is always pleasant and loves to talk about my day. I never feel like I'm being rushed to get to the next customer. My go to is the Frisco sandwich. They also give out coupons in your bag and I love saving money. Fast food places often get a bad rap but this Hardee's is my favorite. read more

This is no doubt, hands down the dirtiest fast food restaurant I've ever been in. Kitchen area littered with old french fries, the lobby was horrible. Both garbages were full, obviously left from previous day, the floor and tables were very dirty. I saw no sign of any store mgr, just young employees who were barley moving. Needless to say the food I ate didn't stay in my digestive tract very long. I won't be visiting this location again, ever. read more

I don't review or really even eat fast food restaurants. I was so impressed with the staff here that I felt like I needed to share the love. The place was super clean, the food ( for what it is) was hot when it came out, tasted fresh, and the staff was more positive and offering of smiles than any fast food establishment I've ever seen. I've honestly never been satisfied walking out of a fast food establishment in my life, much less been asked if I needed a drink refill as I'm sitting down eating my food. Every person here was working and cleaning and doing their jobs beyond expectation, I just wish other locations would follow suit w this one. read more

5 Stars for the Manager. This man was on TOP of it! My friends order was a little bit late, they were slammed, like slammed, like really really slammed. It was 10 am 1st Saturday after Thanksgiving, so many people were out shopping. Mostly the drive thru and only 1 register open in front...well maybe they should have been 2....I would put 4 stars for that but the manager, let me tell you, the manager was on TOP of it. He knew people, he knew people's orders he did not know and he knew that my friend's order was a bit delayed. He was all that and a bag of chips. It is fast food, we know that going in, it is, what it is. You can't complain about cheap good breakfast, you just can't. Someone is cooking your food and you get it fast. So when the manager acknowledges that it has been delayed, heck yeah, thank you for even seeing this. I had a big time chatting with my friend, I didn't care and told her how much I appreciated the time we spent while waiting. As if that wasn't enough, the manager then gave her a nice coupon for the next trip. Not too shabby. He did not have to do that. Additionally, he came around and again apologized, while he cleaned the dining area. TOP NOTCH manager. It's the holiday season, everyone is stressed and this guy was stellar. Now for the food. Great biscuits, good coffee, taters and eggs cooked to perfection. Really was good. If I could come up with more good things to say I would. This morning came to Hardee's because Chick fil a on Columbia is being remodeled. Only one cash register open and a long long line. It appeared that there were several people just standing around behind the counter. One man told the staff there was no coffee in the lobby, only to be totally ignored. When we finally got it to the register, the lady who was going to be taking our order, suddenly announced she was taking a break, grabbed her purse and went outside! So we stayed another few minutes until another staff member took our order. To her credit, she was very friendly. When we got to the car, our bacon biscuit only had one piece of bacon on it, supposed to be extra bacon. Wanting desperately to leave, We were stuck in the parking lot !! Finally someone let me out. Probably my last time at this Hardee's... can't wait for Chick fil a to reopen AND for the new one to open up on Murfreesboro Road! read more
