Sure, I received my food within minutes, but the quality was such that you would never know it. Honestly, I'm at a loss to define this place. It's really that good. I chose the turkey pesto sandwich (yeah I know, it's a chicken salad place; but, I just have to live my own life.) With mac and cheese as the side. (Would it make you feel better if I told you my daughter had the "The Chick"). I was truly impressed from the first bite to the last. Served on my choice of toasted wheat bread, (you can choose from a variety of breads) the thick sliced turkey, fresh, firm tomatos and crisp lettuce each stood out from each other, creating a flavor explosion, that was perfectly accented with pesto. The mac and cheese, although a bit on the soft side, was so dense with cheesy goodness, that all else could be forgotten. Topped off with a pickle spear and a small, but exquisitely flavored, cookie, for just under ten dollars, I felt like I got more than my moneys worth.

The cashier, Kimora, was extremely rude and dismissive. Instead of apologizing or trying to help, she told me it wasn't her problem because they were understaffed and out of almost everything. Being understaffed is not the customer's fault, and it certainly isn't an excuse to be disrespectful. If your restaurant is that far behind and out of products, customers should be informed before ordering, not after they've spent over an hour waiting. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I've had, and I won't be returning.

They get my order right most of the time, and are fast enough that I don't mind waiting in the line. I have had a couple of bad experiences though. One day I ordered the spicy deluxe chicken sandwich meal, but only got the normal sandwich, despite being charged for the deluxe. And on another day I waited for over 5 min at the order station (or whatever it's called) before someone finally answered to take my order. I know 5 min isn't a lot, but watching the other lane go through 5 different people while you're stuck waiting to be acknowledged is frustrating. But overall, it's a decent restaurant.
