Today I had lunch with my two children at this location. The food was great, but the person who checked me out to pay for my food was a bit of a bitch with attitude. He didn't say nothing to disrespect me, but it was his attitude of how he was speaking to me. Came in and wanted 4 subs and I saw a sign that said free chips and Powerade with purchase of any sandwich. I'll take a picture of it next time. Incredibly disappointing location. We stood in line for 15 minutes while they processed remote orders that kept coming in. Ridiculous. This staff needs customer service training. Brooklyn needs to put all of that fake weave under a hairnet, it was literally on the counter while she was making food. If you are looking for a place to eat, keep looking. I noticed there were some bad reviews at this location, but felt compelled to talk about the wonderful experience I had today. A young man did an absolutely phenomenal job making my two sandwiches. March 25th, 2:15 pm. Store is empty when I walk in, 2 associates putting cheese on bread talking with each other and 1 associate walking around. No one says hello, welcome nothing, just joking amongst themselves. After 3 trays of bread they ask what I want. I order and find out low on meatballs would be another 10 plus minutes for them to prep them, why wasn't that considered before while store was empty? Guess their conversation was priority! Never an issue with sandwiches, but always, ALWAYS, excluded from every single special that Subway has. For a much better sandwich, for the same price, just go to Jersey Mike's because they always honor company wide specials. This is by far my worst experience, went in ordered my sub but what I got was basically just some bread with a little bit of meat. When asking to get lettuce or other veggies they just put a pinch of lettuce as if they get a bonus for having left over products because when I asked for more lettuce they just put another pinch. i'm leaving the five star review for the employees at Subway that helped me today when I was in a pinch. At the last minute it was suggested that light refreshments were brought to a meeting that started three hours later. Typically, I know that to request the platter subway asks for at least 24 hours. But right at lunchtime these employees moved like the Energizer Bunny and threw a platter together and the sandwiches were the star of the show! Thanks so much guys for providing excellent service. I have never been so disrespected at a fast food restaurant as I was just now at Subway in Buckeye Arizona. After a 45-minute drive from Downtown Phoenix I needed to use the ladies room. It has a lock on it. And they have to come out and put the passcode in and the gal was waiting on a customer and yell for the other girl to help me but she just ignored us so they finally get me in the bathroom and then when I come out of course the restaurant is full of people and you think that she had the decency to take me as the next customer? This is the worst Subway I have ever been to. Walked it very hungry I did the two or more footlongs for ten dollars. I ordered the Chicken, bacon, ranch sub and everything looked like it had been sitting their for a while. Nothing looked fresh like subway says to be. The metal counter they have where they're making your sub was dirty, looked it they wipe it down once ever ten subs they made. Visited this subway today with my Dad and sister around 1:30pm. The environment alone was terrible. You have a mean lady being pushy and rushing the customers ahead of us to decide what they want. Treating her own employees with zero patience and snapping at the cashier. The soda machine wasn't working. I asked one of the gentleman working if he could check the Dr. Pepper to see if it was out it was watered down and tasted expired. He went back to check on it and never updated me so I bothered for some help again to see if the soda worked now. And I was told that's just how the soda is. Thanks for all your help. Oh and on top of that you also have a manager not wearing her mask properly with her nose hanging out and barely covering her mouth. No name tag unlike her employees. I work in the food industry as a Manager myself and I can tell you she has no business being a shift leader/manager. Went in at 7pm. Staff seemed super upset that we were there at all. Some might say they were salty that we were there judging by the Pacific Ocean amount of salt they put on my sandwich. I visited this store on 7-17-17 during the lunch rush..The staff was great but the standout was Miguel. He was friendly polite, cool calm and keeping it all running smooth..Issues came up at the register and he seemlessly rotated people, took over, fixed the issue, apologised to the customer and did it all with a smile..I have to say his attitude and performance was the best fast food experience I have had in at least 15 years. read more

Went in here for lunch with my wife yesterday. It had been a couple of months since we were in this location. The staff was completely different from the ones we had grown used to. Of course I guess that happens when you own a fast food restaurant....turnover is inevitable. The staff that was in the restaurant wasn't rude but was not pleasant. They were sufficient. Welcomed when we came in, thanked us and wished us well when we left, but there was no personality behind it. It all seemed scripted. The food was good, fresh bread and ingredients. I've been here a few times over the year. Each visit has been great. No issues with the orders and the staff was great. The facility may be small, but it has been clean each visit. There are also concrete tables outside that anyone can use to eat outside. read more
