We took our granddaughters here for lunch and it didn't disappoint. We had delicious shrimp spring rolls and very good pork egg rolls for appetizers. Three of us had Pho, steak, meatball, and rib. First of all the waitress didn't have a clue. Young and not very bright. Does not have the service knowledge needed for the service etiquette. They had the restaurant lit up way too bright to relax and enjoy your meal. I ordered a vegetable soup small before my meal and I ordered a chicken curry dish. I specifically asked for my soup to come first cause I didn't want it to come with my dinner. Sure enough it came with the dinner and it was a gigantic bowl and it tasted funny. I took one Spoon full and I had to set it aside to eat my dinner. After several bites of the curry I got violently ill. I raced to the bathroom the door which was locked. I barely made it out the front door and I vomited all over the sidewalk and all over the garbage pail next to their restaurant. I made the sidewalk look like an animal got gutted there. The second waitress was more interested in cleaning up the vomit than serving the people. When I came back in I had to go back to the bathroom and I saw the waitress come out of the men's bathroom who had been waiting on us, we thought she disappeared. Nope she was in the bathroom for a long time. The food was lousy my friend ordered the chicken eggrolls and she got sick. I do not recommend this place absolutely not!!! The food is terrible!!! This is not the first time I've had issues with this place but I thought I would give them another chance. I ordered my usual that I have been getting regularly from this place. The eggs were so over cooked they were terrible. The tenderloin was also Incredibly spicy which it never is. I reported the issue the same day but no manager is available to discuss. Left my name and phone number. After no call I went in and they assured me they would pass it on to the manager. Over a week passed by with no call. Reached out by phone to be informed the manager isn't in and rarely is. I would need to leave my name and number again. Food is not very good. I got shrimp spring rolls and a grilled pork bahn mi. The bahn mi was supposed to have pate mix, pickled carrots, cucumbers and cilantro. It only had meat and carrots and they weren't even pickled. The spring rolls were the skinniest spring rolls I've ever eaten in my life and were missing cilantro like they said they were supposed to have. Those two items took 25 mins to bring out. They clearly need to hire staff to meet the basic needs. The environment was nit pleasant as people were clearly upset and some even got up and left or cancelled orders. I honestly have to praise this restaurant. The new acquisition just happened this past Monday. When we first arrived we noticed they were doing 50% off as a grand opening special. This absolutely made my day! However they were busy inside the restaurant, but the service was impeccable. The prior restaurant here I had a terrible experience but you can tell they truly care what's going on right now. The food tasted amazing, I just really hope that the flavor never changes. Be aware of this scammer!!! I had a bad experience in this place. I took my family to eat and this guy approached me talking about areas of interests and acting friendly only to find out that he was acting that what way for his advantage. He opened some ice cream macaroons and gave them to my kids without asking me first. When I was paying turns out he charged me for the 3 macaroons he had given to my kids. I never ordered them!! He just decided to take it upon himself to give them to my kids so that he can later charge me for them!! I was a frequent customer and now I will never go here again! Be aware I believe he is the manager too. He is a man always dressed in black who carries a lot of keys that you hear them jingling when he walks. DISGUSTING!!! I ordered stir-fry beef vermicelli, which I usually like eating. Half of the bowl was just pre-packaged salad (I like some salad, but I had to pull out an entire plate full of salad to take the photo). I tried the meat, and it was disgusting, slimy, pink, chewy, gooey, not cooked properly. I sent it back to the kitchen because it was not cooked, and their cook sent the nice waitress back out to say "We buy already cooked meat and heat it up, so it's already cooked." Why aren't they cooking with fresh meat? If they bought already cooked meat and re-heated it, then they really messed up cooking the meat. They also did not even look at the dish before sending it out with disgusting meat, clearly they are just piling ingredients into a bowl without much care. Floors and tables are very sticky, we waited over 45 mins for our to go order when we asked for our meal the server said they only have one cook and have a lot of order to fill. That's unacceptable and should be mentioned as you walk in, some people walked out and we see a lot of pick up orders waiting for a long time. If we didn't pay for our order we would have walk out as well. When we got our food ready to eat at home the spring roll had no peanut sauce nor noodles inside, they usually cone with the rice noodle but this just lettuce and shrimp. My family ate here all the time before the new management. We love pho and eat it all the time. We know what good pho and good customer service is and this place DOES NOT have it. Our waitress seemed already annoyed to serve us. There was not a lot of people in there; only two other tables of 2. We ordered our usual pho: shrimp,combination, and tendon. Our drinks came late and I was charged for a drink I ordered but NEVER received. Once we got or pho, it was room temp and we didn't have our toppings. We had to ask for spoons and toppings. So by the time we got our toppings (10 mins after I asked) our pho was cold and bland. It was one of the worst pho bowls I have had in a while.
