I ordered a sandwich through delivery and when I received it I saw that my sandwich had 1 piece of turkey on it just folded up. The sandwich I ordered was the lulu which is turkey and bacon and there was 1 piece of turkey for a $13 sandwich!? When I reached out the area manager said he would address it with the location and issue a refund to me. No refund was given. I will not return to jimmy John's.

11-21-23. Cheese, lettuce. I added the mustard. Yup, there was mayo put on here Not a fan.

Not sure what's going on at this location. We stopped last evening, and hubby mentioned his sandwich was really thin . He ordered turkey and cheese. He asked for bacon and pickles. No tomato. Me? Veggie no mayo. Tonight, I asked for pickles to be added. BTw, you have to be specific here if you want it cut in half or the bread to not be scooped off the top of the roll. And if you want or don't want condiments. Ok..so I thought mine looked sparse last night and tonight for sure, yup, it was. Both of my sandwiches had a VERY thin passing over of avocado spread. And both of them had mayo. I had asked for none, but the manager still added. Hubby wanted it off also and got his wish both times. Tonight, I got some better images of my sandwiches. His last night, nope. He had already biten it, but tonight, I added pictures. For $28 and change, I feel they should've had more substance. One slice cheese and meat (for my hubs) is not really a great value. I know times are tough but , not a fan. We used to love stopping by for a meal, but after tonight, probably not anymore. Not sure about the big guy who makes the sandwiches, I assume he is the manager , but he did what my husband asked for but not what I requested. I think we'll skip JJ's and try someplace else.

Got some sandwiches for to go. Great place to stop to get some food on the way to California. Got the country club with cucumbers and oregano. Also the number 9 is really good.

A BIG Thank You to Michael, John, Nick, Jake, & Alan for feeding a hungry and tried crew on our journey home. PS 'The Beach' was delicious!

We were traveling back from CA and it was about 9pm on Sunday 7/17. Knowing we still had a bit to drive and places were closing, I hurriedly searched for a quick food stop. Leaving the kiddos in the packed car I went in to order for everyone. Knowing it was 8:45 PM I wasn't expecting much. When I walked through the door I could see a handful of workers. One was mopping, another was putting away food, another was cleaning tables and chairs, etc. A young man kindly greeted me and asked what I would like. Seeing all the closing preparation's I informed him that I was going to order five sandwiches. I also told him we would take whatever bread they still had out so I didn't cause any trouble. He replied, they would make whatever I would like and it's no trouble. I ordered three sandwiches special and two off the menu. The individual taking my order, who I later learned was Michael, talked to me about the rewards program. He waited patiently while I signed up. I know the establishment is open until 9 PM but I also walked in feeling already like I was putting people out. Being treated like the first customer of the day, rather than the last, was not only unexpected but such a pleasant surprise. I informed all the guys working how grateful I was for their kindness and positive attitudes. I then asked if I could take a picture of them. I hope they are recognized beyond this post for the exemplary behavior of earning a customer for life. Thanks again guys!

So I rarely give a few stars on fast food because it is what it is... but this sandwich is just so sad. A picture speaks a thousand words so just look at the sandwich I got. It could definitely use a lot more love!

So disappointed. Ordered a #4 turkey sandwich and only a single piece of turkey and the bread was not quite fresh. And it now cost $10!!! Pay more and get less. I see this was a similar review from another customer yet Jimmy John's at Watson did nothing to correct it. I'm hoping the new Jimmy John's in Verrado provides better quality because I loved their sandwiches.

Burnt, rock hard... old bread... nasty!! Delivery was fast and accurate but who cares if the sandwich is nasty? I want a refund. My Dog would not eat the sandwich.

Hey just so you guys know, the lights on the letters of your signs are going out, ghetto looking.

Usually give JJ a solid 3 stars always. I tend to only get the veggie sandwich these days, but the produce is always cold and fresh, so it is a solid choice. The avocado spread is tucked into the cheese as well and the bread is always dependable. Make sure to add sprouts, pickles and onions to complete a great veggie experience.

    a chocolate chip cookie

Roni is the best!! One night I had a hankering for a chocolate chip cookie and Jimmy Johns for sure has the best! Even though they were closing up Roni was so kind as to take care of me as her last and final customer of the night. Although it was just a cookie she went above and beyond making me feel like the most valued customer! It may seem like a small thing to some but for me it was EVERYTHING! It really made my day! Thanks Roni for reminding me that great customer service still exists! Mrs Graves (flashing lights on the white car )

$20 Sandwich from Jimmy Johns in Buckeye, AZ

Online order on our way out of town. They had about 30 mins to make order. Spent $83. Ordered 3 sandwiches and 1 wrap. 1 sandwich (which was the large Turkey Tom-no changes requested) only had 6 slices of meat and some mayo, that's it!!! That particular sandwich cost over $18...so we paid almost $20 for bread and 6 slices of turkey!! The wrap was missing the carrots, this wasn't as big a deal. The sandwich was such a huge disappointment and total waste of money.

Online order, with time submitted and the time at the top when turkey sandwich was finally ready.

Overall, there were definitely more hits than misses. The deli offers an impressive variety of hot foods. The sandwiches coming out of the kitchen looked fantastic, and there are plenty of pasta dishes and traditional Italian entrées available as well. We didn't order a hot meal on this visit, but we'll definitely be back to try one. The market section is also worth browsing. They carry a wide selection of pastas, sauces, olive oils, canned tomatoes, and other Italian staples. My only suggestion would be to expand the specialty pasta selection with options like squid ink, spinach, or roasted red pepper varieties. Of course, we couldn't leave without visiting the bakery case. We brought home an assortment of Italian cookies, a black and white cookie, a Napoleon, chocolate cannolis, and a brownie. The brownie was the one item that didn't impress us, but everything else was delicious and tasted fresh. One thing to be aware of is parking. The lot is quite small, and both we and several other customers ended up parking across the street. It's not necessarily something the business can control, but it's worth mentioning if you're visiting during a busy time. The fact that this shop has been around for decades says a lot about the quality and loyal customer base they've built over the years. Overall, we had a very good experience and are looking forward to returning to explore more of the deli offerings.

Just tried this place for dinner. Outstanding food and eating-in experience…read more Their KRISPY KRUNCHY FRIED CHICKEN is FAR better, MUCH more highly superior, to any of the other fried chicken chain outlets we've tried before. Cooked just right. Crispy on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside. Excellent, fresh flavor! As it is prepared to order, expect about a 15 minute wait time for the chicken... but WELL worth that wait, as it turned out. Fries and Onion Rings sides were PERFECT, and tastier than most. Interesting, varied menu, too! Very generous portions... and the chicken pieces were real, actual sized pieces of chicken... not like the canary-sized tidbits served up by today's fried chicken chain outlets! Although the seating area was VERY small (store front operation,) the facilities were bright, clean and well maintained. The staff was welcoming, patient and most helpful as we worked our way through their surprisingly large, and varied menu! Reasonably priced, too! Overall... a happy find... and now one of our go-to favorites! Just wish they had a LOT more locations closer (to us!) Surprise/Sun City areas would benefit from having closer access to Outta Bronx sandwich/hot dog/wings/Krispy Krunchy chicken locations! I think it would catch on in no-time... assuming today's quality, and value, remained the same, of course. I'm, generally, hard to please... but Outta Bronx/Krispy Krunchy chicken seems to hit it on all cylinders! VERY pleased. Mark us down as huge fans!

Outta Bronx - A Very Disappointing Visit and an Even Worse Follow‑Up…read more We've been customers of this spot for some time, and up until now, the food has always been solid. Unfortunately, our latest experience was far from what we've come to expect. Our order was wrong from the start -- something we caught before leaving -- and we were told our food had been handed to another customer, so it had to be remade. Annoying, but understandable. The real issues showed up once we got home. The mac and cheese tasted stale and simply wasn't edible. The Reuben was another disappointment: barely any meat, what little there was had been overcooked, and the sandwich had almost no sauerkraut. When I flipped it over, I could literally see more toppings through the meat than actual meat. The only thing that resembled their usual quality was the chicken fingers. What pushed this experience from disappointing to unacceptable was the phone call I received from the owner, after I emailed their website to share what happened. My intention was to give them a chance to address the situation privately rather than jumping straight to a negative review. Instead, I spent nearly half an hour listening to the owner defend the food, insist the items we ordered weren't their "best sellers," and tell us to choose different items next time. They claimed nothing could be wrong with the food and that we should have just eaten it. They also said the mac and cheese wasn't their responsibility and told us to complain to Krispy Krunchy Chicken because they "just microwave" what they receive. When asked whether a replacement would resolve the issue, I said yes -- only for the owner to then accuse me of taking money from their family and saying they personally wouldn't complain about food they didn't like. I was told to just eat it and avoid ordering those items again. I have this all recorded. If you're going to ask whether a replacement would make things right, why turn it into an argument afterward? This could have been handled quickly and respectfully. Instead, I was told I was bothering them by emailing on a Friday night, and the entire call felt unnecessary and unprofessional. Calling a customer on a Friday night to argue is not how you keep loyal customers. After enjoying this place for some time, it's disappointing to see how poorly concerns are handled when something goes wrong. Update: I believe the response to this shows what I outlined above. I do not know this owner personally. I met them twice at the restaurant when getting my orders and both were good yet brief experiences. I also do not understand how there is fraud in contacting a restaurant, via their contact us email address, to inform them of issues you had with an order. Their call to me, in response to the email, was not a personal call and entirely business related. This simply shows that this is the type of response one can expect if they have any issues with their order.
