This is completely messed up! My son Mick orders from here a lot. I have NEVER had such a horrible sandwich. He ordered me a Philly Cheesesteak. 1. COMPLETELY dry. 2. Barely any meat. 3. No cheese... There was some melted on the very end of the sandwich but that's all. 4. And the worst was all the red sauce all over it from the person who cut my son's meatball sub first. There was meatball sauce all over my sandwich. I am allergic to pork and pork is in the meatballs. I ate it (after I had to add my own mayo and cheese) before my son told me what it was. If I get sick from this or have an allergic reaction it will be on your employee and your company. The person who made my sandwich on 1/18/25 does not care about the quality of their work. We ordered 2 large sandwich combos (Italian and smokehouse brisket). The Italian had a big chunk of bread missing from one half and the meat was so wet it made the bread soggy which made it uneatable. The smokehouse brisket was on the dry side but was tolerable. In ordering large sandwiches we were only provided with small cups for drinks. My first and now my last time visiting this establishment. Ordered 2 meatballs, one looked and smelled good the other looked like it was sitting out all night and had an off smell to it. Meatball was dried and burnt with cheese sliding off sides . We added tomato slices and they gave us rancid diced tomatoes. I tried scraping them off but the sandwich still had a weird smell so I couldn't eat it. I love the subs and the drinks at the Firehouse Subs in Goodyear. So I went to this one in Buckeye. Sadly the cucumber and the cheese tasted bad on my salad. So I took it back and asked for them to make me another. My salad came back mixed up and some new Cukes mixed in. But as you can see from the picture, the moldy cheese was just mixed into the salad. can't believe i'm writing this but. today on Sept 29th 2023 i came to firehouse to get what i normally get. large hook and ladder on white with ONLY LETTUCE and sub PROVOLONE CHEESE. they handed me my sandwich and there was mayo on it so i took it back. 2 minutes later they handed me it back. not knowing that i worked here before and know the ins and outs of things and policy. they gave me the sandwich with fresh bread and the same meats and just attempted to wipe the mayo off. so i hand it back and they finally remake it, i get it back and the meat was half way steamed. this is very sad they did all of this because it's their rush hour. read more

So I'm not a big sub person but I do really like this place. This location is in a cute little area off the freeway. The staff seems like mostly high school and college students. They were extremely nice and helpful. This place was super clean. The food is always good except I'm dumb and thought randomly maybe my sandwich needed salt.
