The rest of the order was fine, but it's frustrating when the most basic part of the meal gets missed. Morning rush or not, double-checking the bag would've made all the difference. Please tighten up the order accuracy -- nobody should have to start their day hash-brownless.

She just looked at me and said " Thank you for your feedback" and walked away as I was still talking. Horrible service and if she would have apologized or showed some sort of care of concern I wouldn't be leaving this review. Management at this location needs to improve and actually give a damn.

The fries were still warm and seasoned well, and I personally enjoy crinkle fries. The Sprite was crisp and they use that good pebble ice.
