I made an online order for a footlong meatball i order this often so I know that there should be 8 meatballs on a 12 inch. I got my order home and looked to see if they had put extra olives. What I found was that they had taken four meatballs and cut them in half and spread them across the sandwich. It was late but they should have called and said they were out of meatballs instead of trying to pass it off. They said they were going to credit the order back but that never happened. read more

I put an on line order in and it keeps getting pushed to the side every time someone walked in. We have been waiting in the store for 40+ minutes and can't get our sandwich!! Then when I ask about it nobody will answer me. And then when I ask for the manager the lady tells me that they are not making my sandwich anymore!! What the hell kind of service is this. Ordered the #2 outlaw cheesesteak sandwich, got all the way home to find it missing the steak part. Drove back for them to casually mention they were out of steak (and apparently everything else) and that someone "should have mentioned it" when we ordered. Had to get a refund and they had to look for the receipt they didn't give us, then saw they didn't even charge us for the correct items. If 0 stars was an option, I would have chosen that instead. read more

ordered online, and then they called to cancel the order. It was out of my way, and they wanted me to come in to the store, out of my way (without having any food), so they could give me my refund. Or I could drive another half hour to a neighboring store, not near me, but that the owner owned. They were generally polite, but kept saying a "sorry" without sounding as they cared at all. Still have not paid me back, and I got no food. Things happen, but then you find a way to fix the problem. I have not heard back about my money. The app was a pain in the butt. I tried 3 locations before they could take my order, and this was half hour before closing, but that was too close for them to fix me a sandwich, so I tried one that was open another hour and change. They took my online order, but couldn't finish it, but could not refund (whenever) my money to my card, or call another store to provide my food. It was late and I was hungry and had spent almost half an hour trying to order, and now they wanted me to drive over to pick up my refund, and still be hungry, waste gas for no reason, and didn't really want to help me at all. I am not happy. I never write reviews that are negative, but this was just too much. They were not rude, but just not helpful, and you could hear it in the voice. read more

Always very, very slow. Literally 10-15 minute per car ahead of you. Okay to go inside to order but drive-thru is definitely way too slow and frustrating especially if you in a hurry. As far as food quality, it's a typical Subway. read more

I have loved subway for years. I used to avoid the Centerville location because I thought it was bad quality in food and service. Centerville is now my favorite store. I love to see the owner making sandwiches. There are a few employees who know me and its nice to be recognized and asked how I am doing. Its also fun to hear them guess my sandwich since I am boring and hardly change it :P I expect service like Centerville at other locations and I am sadly let down a lot. The booger came from a taller female employee who over all had a bad hygiene. I know employees in their area are young, but hygiene for me is a must. The manager at this store is a terrible person. She is rude to customers and mean to employees. We waited for ten minutes in the store before she even acknowledged we existed. She has terrible customer service and refuses simple topping requests. We will not be spending our money at this particular subway ever again and we live only a few blocks away. We now will drive farther away to get better customer service. Avoid this store! read more

Honestly the worst subway by far , every single time we go here they get our sandwiches wrong it never fails and it's the worst customer service they don't take accountability or even try to resolve the issue . We liked the connivence of being able to stop quickly on our way home from a late night of work but it's not worth it , the last 6 times we have stopped and gotten our food home it's been completely wrong . I went through the drive up this morning and one of the employees was a few feet from the drive up menu smoking. When she saw me she looked like a deer in headlights, hurried and put her cigarette on the ledge of the building and ran inside. As I drove up to the window it wrecked of smoke and she proceeded to help me with my drink and payment. There was no way she had time to wash her hands and I found this whole experience off putting and unprofessional. I am a regular Subway customer at this location and it didn't make me want to return again. read more

I got mistreated badly at the Centerville, Utah's subway by worker there. I was calm and nice during the time I was ordering my food there and the worker there kept on having me repeat way too many times when I did not have to. This is terrible customer service. read more
