Hard bread, not toasted. These are 3 different sandwiches all ordered at 4:30PM

Don't like writing bad reviews but after going to this place for over a year I'm finally done. The biggest problem that still exists is they are extremely slow. Usually takes 20 minutes for 4 six inches sandwiches, no matter if we're the only people there or not. The newest problem that started about 3 weeks ago is the bread is hard, hurts the sides of your mouth while you're eating. There's no reason this should be happening. I've experienced it the last 3 visits.

Clean subway, but the woman behind the counter in this pic is incredibly rude.

I'm giving at least one star because (you need at least that for a yelp review)..the store is clean like everything else is in Champion's Gate and they have "Agua Fresca" drinks that are a nice change from the usual fountain drinks. But that's end of it. To be clear, the day that I accept a Subway employee making my sandwich the way THEY want to, is the day that the sandwich will be free. The middle-aged employee with small eyeglasses and long wavy blonde hair apparently thought she could be rude and ignore my requests. I can't even begin to understand how she still has a job. I asked her to put mayo on my sandwich and she wouldn't do it and proceeded to move on to making the sandwich I was paying for. I actually had to ask her FOURRRRR times to put the mayo on. She finally ROLLED HER EYES, SUCKED HER TEETH and put the mayo on. I was literally in disbelief. Other than her horrible customer service and all around initial bad attitude as soon as she started making my sandwich, I just don't see a need to come here. There's so many other quick things that are better to eat in the area. They also don't have all the sandwich options that I'm used to seeing. Pass.

How could your hours everywhere online say open until 11pm and you have a closed store at 8:15 pm. How does that make any sense.

Quite possibly the slowest subway I have ever been in. Two people working, but apparently only one can touch food.

Newly built, which means it's clean and the bathrooms are clean. The food is up the the usual quality you expect from Subway.

Unfortunately, this location was a big disappointment and easily the worst experience I've had with this franchise. The flavors were not the same as other locations, and the service was very poor. I'd honestly rather drive to Celebration next time just to get a proper shake. To make matters worse, I called in an order (with my husband right next to me listening), but when he arrived, they had no record of it. They even claimed they don't take phone orders, which was confusing and frustrating. And to top it off, there was some sort of plastic left in our shakes, and the taste was off because of it. That was the final straw. The ambiance is just like any other location, but the service completely ruins the experience. I won't be returning. That one star on review is because I can't leave it empty.

The chicken is always fresh, tender, and cooked to a perfect golden crisp without being overly greasy. The Texas toast is evenly buttered and toasted, providing a warm and flavorful complement to the meal. The crinkle-cut fries are well-seasoned and prepared to the right texture. Most notably, Cane's Sauce stands out as a distinctive and well-balanced addition that enhances every component of the meal. Service is efficient and courteous, even during busy hours. First time ever trying it since we don't have these back home--and wow. This place doesn't just serve chicken fingers... they serve life decisions you'll never regret. The menu? Simple. To the point. No "Do you want it grilled, wrapped, blackened, or turned into a burrito?" nonsense. It's: chicken fingers, fries, toast, slaw. Boom. My kinda place. The vibe inside was unexpectedly chill. "Love Again" by The Kid LAROI was playing, and I swear those chicken fingers hit different with background music that makes you question your teenage heartbreaks. Employees? Cool, calm, and friendly--like they already knew this chicken was about to change our lives. Now let's talk food. HOT HOT HOT chicken. Crispy outside, juicy inside. Fries? Golden perfection. And the slaw--listen, I'm a slaw kinda guy, and this was not your sad picnic slaw. This was slaw with confidence. That Cane's sauce? Let's just say I considered baptizing my fries in it. The place was spotless, the energy was welcoming, and honestly, if Cane's wants to expand to my hometown, I'll personally volunteer as tribute to cut the ribbon at the grand opening. Bottom line: Raising Cane's at 2AM is greater than life's problems.
