The food was okay, the burger was over cooked , no ketchup at our table. The fries had a good taste with the seasoning but they have a different seasoning at the table which reminded me of Greek seasoning. The wait staff was trying to keep up and it looked like they just threw this all together to open. The decor was slapped up and they need to make changes to the outside. Growing pain which they have to work out and similar to Frisch's from what they were prior all the closing. I will go back once they've been open and update this review.

For those who are unfamiliar with Big Boy lore, Dolly is the name of Big Boy's girlfriend in the comic book series. The menu is very, very similar to Frisch's. Some of the names are different but the food is the same. All our favorites are on the menu! At 8:00 pm the drive thru line out to the street and the parking lot was full. Clearly everyone is happy that Dolly's is open in this former Frisch's location. Food and service are excellent, and the atmosphere is the same as Frisch's. Welcome to Cincinnati, Dolly!

During the last visit to the restaurant, I observed the thermostat set to 72 degrees but the actual temperature in the restaurant read 63 degrees. Each of the 2 times eating there the lady in the group had to go sit in the car because she was too cold to eat. I also observed a different woman walking from the restroom with her hands coupled in front of her and her arms and hands were shaking. That's absolutely ridiculous. I called Skyline's Corporate office 3 days ago, requesting a callback. I called the corporate office and left a voicemail message for the District Manager and the Vice President. More than 72 hours from my first voicemail message requesting a callback; no one has returned my calls. It's extremely obvious that nobody in the Skyline organization cares about their customers.

I've had interesting check ins with this location and neither of which were favorable. The first situation was when I submitted an online drive thru order and they required me, after waiting in line for 10 minutes, to go into the restaurant to fulfill my order. If you know anything about this location, the turn into this Wendy's isn't great. On the other end, the drive thru exits only to the main street. In order for me to go into the restaurant for that order, I had to exit the drive thru onto the busy main road and cross back into the establishment. Not only that, when arriving to the dining area, the staff was not very welcoming. The second instance of me eating here was not as appalling. The only thing they fell short on was not having any ice on a hot day. This was a minor inconvenience and things happen so I will not penalize them for that. The only saving grace this location had in my opinion was their food was well prepared and executed orders accurately. I gave this visit and recent history a 2/5 due to their inability to meet customer expectations and failure to complete online orders through their own system. For me, online orders are integral to the success of drive thru business due to the decrease in time to take orders. Not only that, it helps eliminate discrepancies in the ordering process. If a restaurant that offers mobile/online orders cannot deliver adequate service, they should train their staff more or they shouldn't have mobile orders at all.
