This place has amazing chicken salad - great sandwiches. Plus, they are so welcoming and friendly every time I've visited.

Chicken salad sandwich on toasted wheat.

It's stops like this one here that I need to thank my fellow yp'ers! I was immediately offered a sample of the chicken salad. Nice touch! I started with a tomato bisque soup which was by far the best I've had! In addition to the depth of flavor it was served hot! The potato salad was creamy and a very nice mix without any one ingredient including the potato itself to dominate this side dish. Well done! The toasted wheat chucked salad sandwich was outstanding! This alone make the trip worthwhile. It s served with a healthy slice of pickle which was slightly sour, just how it should be. A six star stop! First time ever for 6 stars for me. In addition a friendly staff paying attention to my out of state licenses plates and then starting a conversation about my home state.

I was in the area and stopped by to grab a sandwich. Amazing service, super cute atmosphere and OMG the Reuben is lights out amazing!!!! I wish I had taken a better photo, but I ended up shoveling it into my mouth in the car vs waiting until I got home. I would definitely drive here from Bellevue, KY again! Bravo!

    Lite Italian sandwich.

A big thing for me is friendly customer service, always makes the experience so much better! Found this place by accident but it was great! I got the lite Italian special and it was very good. My coworker got the chicken salad sandwich and said his was also very delicious. Give this place a try if you're in this area.

This is one of those moments where I am disappointed I cannot give a business six out of five stars. Chefs Café truly surpasses expectations and every way. The number one thing I have to call out first is the exemplary kindness and a attentiveness of the staff. They know all of their regulars by name and make a point to stop and have a conversation with them as they pop in and the owners walk around the dining room to chat with people . The line going was going out the door and down the sidewalk-- clearly a neighborhood favorite. After one bite of my turkey Ruben special, I can see why. The sandwich and side were the perfect size meal, and every bite was delicious. It's amazing that they make the majority of their products in house, and you can really taste the freshness. They are known for their famous chicken salad, and after sampling the buffalo chicken salad (the only other flavor they make), I can see why. I grabbed a half pound container to go. My husband got a regular Reuben sandwich. We both got a deli pickle and a mustard-based potato salad as our side. Dining room is spacious and decorated like a classic deli in every way. A highlight was the donation shelf in the corner where people can drop off school supplies and local teachers can pick things up for their classroom. If you are a deli fan, add Chef's Café to your list. If you're not a deli fan, add Chefs Café to your list. Just go.

Was club sun. And was chicken salad on wheat. Pasta and potato salad

I was Trying to buy some time and decided to stop by this place and grab a quick bite. I'm a big fan of any sort of salad -- egg salad chicken salad tuna salad etc. so you can guess my anticipation from the promise of world famous chicken salad. First walk into the shop I mistakenly went in the exit and a guy was still talking to one of the owners were holding the door and I had a kind of squeeze past which was my fault. But wasn't my fault is that they were very loudly talking about some thing and shitting on Joe Biden. My personal belief is Joe Biden is the only rational human being that has been or will be in the White House in recent times so I was a little perturbed by this notion. Politics aside I decided to try the world famous chicken salad on rye bread. The croissant looks awesome but it does cost $1.25 extra so I decided to abstain. They let you add anything you want on it and they will toast the bread for you if you like. I have to say I understand why it is world-famous... It's a funny claim but in all honesty one of the best chicken salad I've ever had in my life. Also came with a pickle spear and you got to choose a side... I got the potato salad as it was the most interesting option but still a little underwhelming. Not bad just not life-changing. John that the vibe inside was nice and family friendly like everyone knew the two owners who were readily there to help and were very nice. The female of the two seem to be wearing a pair of landscaping clear glasses upside down over her mouth as a mask? Not sure what to make of this.... also the interiorfeels a little picnic like an outdated. Not my personal preference by any means. Will I be going back next time I'm in the area to try the Reuben or another sandwich? Yes absolutely. Well I be prepared for a cultural experience. Yes absolutely.

Think eclipse-level rare. This Saturday was no exception... except somehow we all had a lunch window. So naturally, like any responsible American family, we turned it into a food mission for BaldWhiteGuyReviews After consulting the sacred scroll of Yelp, I presented the following contenders to the Bald Group Chat Council: Broadway Barrel House - Lebanon, Ohio Cozy's Cafe & Pub - Liberty Township, Ohio Third Eye Brewing Company - Sharonville, Ohio Luigi's Ristorante Italiano - Mason, Ohio Silver Spring House Restaurant - Cincinnati, Ohio All strong contenders. But as with any family decision, chaos ensued. We landed on Third Eye Brewing... until we discovered they open at noon. Noon?! What is this, brunch for the elite?! Don't have time for that! So... runner-up takes the crown: Silver Spring House Restaurant We plugged it into Waze and cruised through Symmes Township... where every house whispered, "you can't afford me" We rolled in just after 11am. Big parking lot, filling up fast. Bright blue building screaming "vacation mode activated." Palm trees (probably fake, but there was a heated family debate ), surfboards, and even Mr. Red welcoming us like we just got traded to the Reds. Inside? Instant Florida Keys vibe. Never been... but I felt like I should be holding a fruity drink and ignoring responsibilities #RetirementGoals Decor included walls covered in 8x10 photos of what I assume are patrons. My question: how do I get MY picture up there? I too would like to silently judge people eating mozzarella sticks for eternity #TakeMyPicture Now let's talk seating...High-top tables everywhere. Perfect if you enjoy climbing furniture like it's an Olympic sport. #NoThanks Low tables? YES PLEASE. My knees and dignity thank you. At our table was a random historical photo that turned into an impromptu Civics exam. I knew the answer. No one else did. Did you pay attention to Mr. Owens at Miami Trace High School? Drop your guess below #AlwaysLearning #NoRelation Service:Our waitress, Jordon A -- fantastic. Friendly, attentive, and dropped off a PITCHER of water like a hydration superhero Now this is controversial...Some say that's lazy.I say it's GENIUS. Why are we not doing this everywhere?! I don't want to make eye contact every 3 minutes like I'm begging for survival hydration. Just leave the pitcher and let me live my life #GameChanger #StrongWork FOOD TIME Everyone (and by everyone, I definitely don't mean me ) was starving. We started with Roadhouse Skins $14.50 Loaded potato wedges with cheese, bacon, ranch... the holy trinity. ‍ Verdict: Good... not life-changing. Those thick wedges? Felt like I was eating a baked potato that hit the gym too hard. Needed Jasper Kitchen - steak fries energy.Cheese blend? Solid.Ranch drizzle? Tease. GIVE ME A SIDE CUP. Don't play with my emotions. #ProTip Mrs. Bald * Caesar Salad ($7.50) -- fresh, filling, approved * Buffalo Boneless Wings ($16.50) -- which is wild because... boneless wings are just expensive chicken nuggets with a college degree Huge portion. Crispy, saucy, excellent spice. Came with blue cheese... which tastes like it was aged in a gym sock #RanchPleaseCelery included so you can pretend you're making healthy choices. The Princess * Cheese Sticks ($13.50) Cooked perfectly. Crispy outside, gooey inside. Marinara? Chunky, flavorful, borderline drinkable My Son * BCJ Sandwich ($17.50) Chicken, bacon, cheese, fries... the holy sandwich alliance. He'd been here before (traitor) and confirmed it still hits. Left full and happy. Mission accomplished. The BaldWhiteGuy ‍ (Food Explorer Extraordinaire)I wanted to try everything. Family shocked. I don't know why. This is who I am. "this chicken skipped chest day" thin ‍Cheese? Also thin.BUT... the guacamole? Green, fresh, creamy... the MVP of the sandwich. This location is on the other side of town but I'll definitely be back for a treat when I'm in the area! I ordered the hummus plate with falafel and I was told they were out of falafel, so they called to the back to make another order. However, my husband right behind me also wanted to order falafel so by the time they got to him, they called back another order which caused some confusion. I think it made our order a little later as we were waiting but no issue! We weren't asked at any point whether we wanted the order to go or not, and we did. When I noticed the food going into their signature gold rings and "for here" dishes, I asked whether we could get it to go but I think caused some confusion and it wasn't switched to to-go until the end when I asked again. Through all of this, the employees were friendly and did the best they could! Our meals still turned out amazing. The warm organic pita is sooooo yummy and I wish so much I could make anything similar at home! The menu is very straighforward, only a couple options (plate/bowl/salad) which makes ordering a breeze (sort of like a chipotle ljne). But, there's so many options to choose from- veggies like pickled cabbage and beets, roasted carrots, feta, sauces, crispy onions, etc- and for someone unsure or new, it's hard to know what is included and what is not. For example, I know my dad would be super flustered by this menu and asking a bunch of questions. I think it would be easily solved by the person making the food saying something like "these veggies are included- would you like any?" Our food was so delicious and colorful! Their hummus is smooth and flavorful and their falafel rivals some of the best Mediterranean restaurants around. For being "faster" food, this is one of the most delicious meals around I believe! Also, it comes at a pretty good value- our two entrees, with added on falafel, plus one order of brassica fries was $36 which I feel like is pretty good these days! Oh, and don't skip the brassica fries! The spices on them are warm and unique, and they pair so well with the dipping sauce included.
