This location on first entry I noticed was clean, and needing to use the restroom I noted the women's bathroom was also clean. Standing in line did take a minute because they were busy both inside and the drive-thru. I ordered an entree of orange chicken and a side of fried rice. Food was standard for Panda Express and I'm glad I came in despite the high amount of low ratings. I rate this spot 3 stars because they are the average Panda Express. If I start coming regularly I may bump up a star because if a place (especially fast food because it's more rare to happen) has personable employees who get to know their regulars that is the kind of special that deserves extra stars as recognition.
