They were not shy with the oregano, salt, pepper, vinegar and oil which set a delicious foundation for the fresh vegetables and Italian meats (ham salami and cappicola). They have a unique way of constructing the sandwich that keeps the overfilled contents in place which is awesome. As you can see in the picture, the meat to bread ratio is on point.
