I had an interesting tuna sub sandwich. The bread was very flavorful and I added artichoke hearts in it which I knew I was taking a risk, and I didn't end up liking it. Every thing else was tasty, but there was this weird spice to everything too that I didn't like. The restaurant inside is very nice and the service was good. I only ordered from Grubhub and then picked it up, so if they messed up that small interaction it wouldn't have been great.

I like the food but both times we visited there were mistakes at checkout. Combos are charged as individual items and items such as bottles of beverages were added when we did not touch or order them. Service seems scattered and disorganized. There is no handoff while typically two people work on the order. We tried because we really wanted to like this place.

The last time I eat here it was a different restaurant. What an improvement over what was there before! Friendly and helpful people working there. I decided to have something simple, a turkey and cheese sub. I got it with lettuce, tomatoes, extra onions and pickles, and some kind of hot pepper relish. They toast the sandwiches before they add the toppings. I have to say I really enjoyed my sandwich. The hot pepper relish was nice and hot but not over bearing. My wife enjoyed what she had as well. We also shared a side of macaroni and cheese. She doesn't normally care for white macaroni and cheese but we both really enjoyed this one. We will definitely be coming back.

I went here for the first time on a Saturday afternoon to get lunch and wow! This is probably my new favorite place to get a sandwich / quick lunch. They have a menu with some options and you're able to add toppings on to them (subway style). My party got the "Mama's Meatball", "Avo Turkey", "Cuban", and a tuna salad. We all added on some additional toppings as well. We got these in the original size but the portion was large for a lunch, and next time we'd either split an original or get a "skinny" size. The tuna salad was not to my specific taste, but the person in my party really enjoyed it. I think it skewed slightly tangy. The meatball sandwich tasted exactly like a mouthful of literal meatball so it's good if you really just want some meatball. The cubano was definitely a sandwich inspired by a cuban sandwich, like, a Cuban sandwich might of breathed on this cubano and that's it. While it definitely didn't taste like an actual Cuban sandwich (not that I expected it too anyway), it was very good. My personal favorite was the avo turkey. The flavor was really good and the ingredients were very fresh. Unlike some sandwich places that pre-prepare their ingredients, I saw them cut open fresh avocados for each order. It was really good and I would come back here just to get this one! To drink, I got a fountain drink. They have options of Coke products (including diet Dr Pepper which is sometimes hard to find in restaurants without a freestyle machine!) and lemonade/teas. Personally, all the lemonade and teas tasted way too perfumey to me. We also ended up getting a cookie and let me tell you, this is a really good cookie. I don't know what I was expecting but it was a very good cookie. That day, they only had the chocolate chip oatmeal and it was so good. I would definitely get one anytime I come back. There's not too many seats inside (maybe around 5-7) so it's a bit small. The service was very fast though for the steady crowd that was coming in. I really wish there were more locations of this place around here because it was so good!

Great location. I placed an order through their app today because it was very easy and I could get a free sandwich after my first order. By the time I got to the restaurant, stepped inside and looked on the togo shelf, my sandwich was bagged and ready to go. I got the turkey, ham, bacon, with lettuce and tomato. I had ordered it with mustard and mayo and no ranch dressing but it only had mayo on it. The sandwich was a bit small for the price in my opinion but it tasted very good. I loved the toasted bread and all the fresh ingredients.

    SWEET HEAT WAVE BBQ PORK

Potbelly Sandwich shop opened one month ago in the Rolling Hills Plaza. Great location across from a hospital and college. This space was previously the long standing Mr M's Sandwich shop location. Browsed the menu for a bit then decided to order the Heat Wave Pork Bbq sandwich. The staff was helpful navigating the menu. Each of the sandwiches are lightly toasted through a conveyor oven very similar to Quiznos. Love the interaction as you can watch your sandwich gradually toast up on the conveyor before your eyes. The sandwich was reasonably priced at $7.99 for a small, which we cut in half and shared. Small portions but we enhanced the flavor by dipping it into a garlic sauce, which was extremely tasty. They offer about ten different flavored sauces at no extra cost. The parking lot provided ample parking during lunchtime, but not sure how it would be at night since Potbelly is wedged between two other restaurants. Catering is offered and they sell their own Potbelly Hot Peppers for $6.95 per jar. The bathroom was spotless with tiled walls and flooring.

Stopped in to grab a "skinny" as we have dinner plans and didn't want to fill up. Cute BBQ themed decor and a friendly staff. Ordered the sweet heat pork BBQ skinny sandwich and it was delicious! Would definitely return for a full size one and highly recommend.

A friend and I saw a post on one of the socials that potbelly opened in Davie. The reviews from there were glowing and it was something new... we decided to check it out. You order at the counter then they put your sandwich through the toaster. Then you can add whatever toppings to it. You pay and take a seat or take it to go. Like the vibe of that. The restaurant is small but pleasant and the staff help with cleaning tables. On to the food. There are lots of meaty sandwiches and two vegetarian options by default. You can also customize a couple of other ones to make them veg if you like. Thumbs up to that. I ordered the veggie melt and it looked great coming out of the oven. The person in line next to me commented on it too. It was solid, but not fantastic. Sadly, it didn't live up the hype / expectation. My friend got the roast beef and thought the same thing about his. I might go back if I'm nearby, but don't think I'll go out of my way.

    The A Wreck sub!
    Chad S.

This is located in the old Mr. M's subs in Davie. It recently opened and you could see a few of the newly opened kinks. The staff however, were very friendly and accommodating. The decor was pretty cool and channels what I imagine an old pub would look like in Chicago. You can't help but compare the food to Quizno's. Interestingly enough, Potbelly opened in 1977 vs Quiznos in 1981. While the subs are nearly identical, Potbelly serves milkshakes. I had their signature sub, the A Wreck. I added lettuce and their heavenly hot peppers. The sub was toasted to perfection and tasty. The first bite brought me back to my first Quiznos experience. This place was very busy at lunchtime as the college is across the street, so keep that in mind if you're in need of a quick lunch. I will be back for more of their tasty subs, those heavenly hot peppers, and maybe even a milkshake.

I've had Potbelly a few times before while in D.C., so imagine my excitement when I heard a location was opening in South Florida. For a brand new spot, things seem to be rolling well! Service was friendly and the staff were on top of everything. I got a roast beef and provolone sandwich, with chips and a drink. It's a good deal for lunch, and the sandwich was great. Perfectly toasted, making for a nice, warm delicious sandwich. You can't go wrong. All in all, happy to have Potbelly in our area.

Was excited to try a new place and such a great location near the hospital and NSU. I had the pick a pair with the prime rib sandwich a cup of loaded potato soup. The sandwich was tasty and had great flavor but most of the meat was quite chewy. The soup was piping hot and tasty but nothing amazing. We also tried the coffee milkshake which was super good. Service was quick and made to order. The restaurant had several inside and outside seating options too. It was clean and I loved the decor. It kinda seemed like an elevated Panera.

    Erika H.

I really wanted to like this place, but it was missing something for me. There's plenty of seating inside and very clean. The service is okay. Not friendly or talkative, but not necessarily ecstatic to be working either. They have what I call "three stations". The first station you place your order and they prepare your choice of meat or deli on the sandwich and you pick your choice of bread. The second station, they prepare the toppings of your choosing on the sandwich and the third station you pay. The sandwich was nothing crazy. It didn't have much taste to it.

    Skinny Italian Sandwich w/out cheese
    Angel G.

First time visit to a Potbelly Sandwich Shop and I was not disappointed!! The place is new so everything is very clean and well maintained. Plenty of seating inside and very convenient location with plenty of free parking. Staff were nice, and focused on exactly how I ordered my sandwich and moved the line pretty seamlessly. Now my sandwich order was a "skinny" because I wanted to fist try them before I dove into a larger portion in the future. I only eat Italian sandwiches from sandwich shops and this to me what a 10 out of 10. The Italian sandwich was perfection in quality, flavor and it being a true Italian sandwich. Loved the crunch on the toasted bread but it was a pleasant crunch (you'll know once you bite into one) Honestly, I know I just discovered my favorite new spot for my Italian sandwich. Keep up the nice work to the staff in keeping the place nice and clean. I'll see you soon Potbelly!

Fresh, Delicious, Friendly, and Affordable!…read more I can honestly say I just had one of the best Chicken Caesar wraps I've ever had! Everything tasted incredibly fresh. The lettuce was perfectly crisp, the bacon was flavorful, and I absolutely loved that they added crunchy croutons right into the wrap--it gave it the perfect texture! I also ordered a mixed green salad with crisp cucumbers and juicy little tomatoes, and it was just as fresh and delicious. To top it all off, I grabbed two drinks and a cookie, and my entire meal was under $20! It's not every day you find a meal that's this satisfying, fresh, and budget-friendly. The atmosphere was just as enjoyable as the food. From the moment I walked in, everyone made me feel welcome. The gentleman at the counter was incredibly friendly, polite, and well-mannered. He greeted customers with a genuine smile, provided excellent service, and made the whole experience even better. Great customer service like that really stands out. If you're in the Davie area and looking for a fresh, flavorful meal that won't empty your wallet, I highly recommend stopping by this sandwich and wrap shop. Great food, a welcoming atmosphere, outstanding customer service, and amazing value--I'll definitely be coming back!

Clean eating is always a great choice & when it's delicious you can't beat it. The chicken pesto sandwich is amazing. The mozzarella cheese pairs perfectly with the fresh peppers & tomato while the pesto gives it that extra punch of flavor that you're looking for. Even writing about it now makes my mouth water. When it comes to cold pressed juices, I feel like they set a pretty high bar. The Orange Crush is a great refresher for the hot days we have in south FL. You get a strong flavor of orange & pineapple up front with some nice hints of apple & lemon that follow. While it may sound like a bit much, it isn't tart whatsoever. Staff is friendly here & the dining area is always kept clean. As expected, it's a bit on the pricey side but you get what you pay for. I'd much rather pay a little more for a healthy meal that fills me up anyway.

It's fairly close to Sawgrass Mills mall and is in a plaza with a good amount of parking. Although the outside seems small, the space inside is pretty long and has a good amount of seating. The servining is "chipotle-style" where you order your food and customize it how you want it and pay at the register at the end. I shared a bowl with my partner and we got half rice and half greens, some toppings, and the chicken thigh. This was a good amount for us to share and it was delicious!
