What really blew me away, though, was the actual restaurant environment. The dining area is spacious, impeccably clean, and flooded with tons of great natural light. They even have fresh flowers on every single table, which is such a nice, unexpected touch for a quick-service spot. Service here is top-notch. The staff is consistently friendly, but there's one elderly woman working the floor who really stood out. On two separate occasions now, she's come over and kindly offered to clear my table for me. We were then instructed to park and wait for our food. After five or so minutes we went inside to ask for our food, or a refund. The manager Will was less than pleasant, speaking under his breath towards us and seemingly unwilling to fix the issue. However, Sandy (who was in training) was very nice and amicable towards us throughout the whole situation. Chick-fil-A tried their best to make it right. But, overall Will's customer service was poor at best, even over the phone. Look out it you end up supporting this Chick-fil-A!
