My daughter ordered a grilled chicken wrap with avocado. We got home and it was chicken salad with pickles. I called and was told they heard chicken salad. No rectifying. Girl rude on the phone and quite cocky. Not to mention $36 + for a 6 inch flatbread meal and her wrap meal. (Plus her foot long cookie but that was $5). My fiance and I stopped at this Subway at 9pm on a road trip from Raleigh to Binghamton. We were super tired and hungry and had already stopped at one Subway that was closed. The two employees working there were clearly prepping for the store's close, but once we walked in, they were so friendly and attentive. They had us in and out very quickly and they were polite and nice the entire time. The store was impeccably clean and our sandwiches were perfect. Stopped while driving through the area and Charity was the only worker there late afternoon. She was able to quickly get 6 of us through quickly and professionally. she was a very respectable employee and hopefully has been recognized as such! I don't see any issue with this place. Its a subway. Not a big deal. It's pretty simple stuff. The bathroom was fine too honestly. Yes they were maybe 17, high school kids but I understand being bored. They helped us right away though and got the job done. read more

First of all I went on a Wednesday, so not very busy like it was a Saturday, no Honey Oat Bread, no Soup, no Tuna (the fridge was broken) no cucumbers. I have had Jersey Mikes many times and it is so much better, I wouldn't even go to Subway but there are no Jersey Mikes around. read more

There are a lot of places that make good subs. I like the friendliness, convenience, freshness and everything Subway stands for. However, I had two of the worst Subway experiences two years ago at that restaurant, which surpassed any poor experience I've ever had at any restaurant ever. I have not eaten at this restaurant for two years because it was so bad. I will give the owner credit for trying to make it right by me, but it isn't just about free food. The workers were members of his family, and made me feel very bad just for trying to get my order right. To be fair, I believe you will get good food with Subway quality at this restaurant, but please don't be surprised if the customer service falls way short of anything your used to. My recommendation is to go 9 miles down the road to the Walmart where there is a subway inside. That subway rocks! read more

This Subway is lousy. I was very disappointed when I went in to try the new Fratizza. It's nothing what they advertise. They don't cover the entire flatbread with sauce & cheese and the bare areas get real hard. I don't know if all Subways are this way, but this one is. And then when I wanted to give a survey, they kept saying I had the wrong host number. I entered it exactly as it was on my receipt. So I contacted them by email and here it is over 2 weeks and no reply. Won't go back to this site ever again. I will try another site to see if they are any better. read more

I am in this subway on a regular basis and the manager Carol (don't know her last name) is always friendly hard working and making the place enjoyable for the customers and her employees. The place is clean and nice. I was just in today with my 2 children and the employees made them smile by joking and talking with them. read more

This subway is located next to Rote Aid. It is an average subway. Service was good and people were friendly. I would eat here again.

Food is good, but service is extremely slow. The register is often on a delay, and paying during my last visit took roughly five minutes per customer (some customers left without getting change because of not wanting to wait for the register to process the transaction). With four customers ahead of me, the wait was long. When paying myself, I attempted to use my card. I was then told the card reader would probably not work, so I could go to the bank across the street to get cash... No signs had been posted about this, but someone in my party fortunately had cash and we gave the exact amount. I would frequent this Subway more if I could pay in an appropriate amount of time. read more

I placed an order 2 days in advance for a hoagie tray for my daughters birthday party the manager took the order.Went down the day before pick up to verify the order and was told all is good.....well when I went in to pick up the tray it was not made,the 2 kids there had no clue about the order,they finally found the order and had to make the tray right there while I stood there and waited.....I would not recommend them for sub trays....I will never order one from them again.....very unprofessional! read more

There were 3 people in front of me and 2 workers. It actually took over 30 minutes to get our food and 10 to start being waited on. The employees were EXTREMELY slow and did not care about their speed. They spent forever doing everything and everyone in line was angry. They ran out of 1 dollar bills and it was only 5pm which didn't make sense. Save you time any money and go to any other restaurant other than this subway. read more

never, ever again. i stopped at this subway a few months ago. generally i enjoy subway, but due to this experience i haven't been able to eat at one since. it was a bit crowded, there were 3 ppl making subs and the owner was ringing ppl out. my sandwich got handed down to the last guy in line, who looked like he hadn't showered in days (luckily, the smell of fresh bread masked any scent) and was missing far more than his fair share of teeth. i told him, "lettuce and tomatoes" he mumbled something about peppers as he reached into the pepper tray and grabbed a handful. "no, no peppers" i replied. he then said "no, these are for me" and continued to try to shove a giant handful of peppers into his mouth, including his gloved hand. the huge wad of peppers couldn't fit, of course, so im standing there watching him shove them into his mouth as they are running down his chin. after he finally manages to shove them all inside of himself, he licks the *gloved* fingers clean, and proceeds to grab my topping with the same glove on his hand. i then watched him serve at least 5 ppl behind me without changing said glove. this was 2-3 months ago, and the vision in my head is still vivid, i can no longer bring myself to eat at ANY subway due to the scar this has left on my brain. maybe (hopefully) this guy is still not working there, but if i can ever bring myself to eat at subway again, it will NEVER be at this location. even if he is no longer working there, he is apparently indicative of the ppl the owner will hire, and i will not eat at an establishment that has no concern for the actions of its employees such as this. read more
