Definitely a diner! Very friendly staff. This is a great addition to The Fairlane Village Mall Complex in Pottsville PA. The food was Hot And Delicious 1Broiled Crab Cake (salty flavor) fried Scallops! 1Fried Crab Cake and 1 Liver ( thinly Sliced) & Onion Platter! The Salad bar was included the soups on the salad bar were very good hot and delicious. The Decor is modern & bright and very dinerish! Looking forward to maybe trying their breakfast.

Server cleaning floor, we are seated right behind the fan, that's where he started.

Good was good, service good but when they started cleaning the floor with a Clorox detergent and started running a fan next to our table... it was time for takeout containers! Do not clean the floors or vacuum next to customers eating. Very annoyed

This is chicken parm with Alfredo noodles. The chicken had absolutely no flavor and was over cooked and the Alfredo watery and tasteless.

Although this wasn't very good I will give the breakfast menu a try. The service was outstanding and the restaurant was clean.

If you are wanting a "new and shiny" place to stay this isn't for you, but, if you want a charming,…read morecozy and historic place choose Allison and her lovely Bed and Breakfast. Her hospitality is top notch. We've stayed with her a few times and always choose the top floor "Maids Quarters". It a step back in time and enjoy it very much. It does sit on the main road but Allison has thought of that with a cool sound machine to take to you the beach while you slumber. Comes with everything you'll need with some special extras. The made to order breakfast is fantastic. This last visit I had carmalized french toast with perfect bacon and a sweet fruit cup. It was wonderfully delish! Day before perfect executed poached eggs on homemade wheat beer bread toast. The combination was so so good. We will return again and maybe try one of the other quaint cozy rooms.

We stayed in the Lavender Room where the temperature was just right, the bed was so comfy that we slept for nine hours, and there was privacy. This experience was the exact opposite of what I had imagined. Allyson, the innkeeper, made sure our experience was ideal. Our breakfast was nice and relaxing, too. I'm so glad we stayed here:)

Girl that took our order was pleasant and kept calling us darling. Barista made a large coffee instead of a regular, a win for me. Coffee had a touch to much SF caramel for me but the cold brew was good. Not acidic or bitter. At first I wasn't impressed only because it seemed like a lot of time passed before our sandwiches were ready. We were a little pressed for time because we were going on the brewery tour in about 25 minutes. Once we received our sandwiches we went outside at a table because my husband said it was smokey and something was burning his eyes. I didn't notice. I have to tell you my Hot Stuff was fantastic and definitely worth the wait. The English muffin homemade. It was toasted perfectly but doughy on the inside. The cheddar melted, bacon crisp, egg a nice medium. It was messy from the hot honey but it was pure heaven to my taste buds. I'm going to dream about this sandwich for days. Sausage bagel, husband said it was good but he took a bite of mine and said it didn't compare. If in the Pottsville area I highly recommend.

Seriously, you could navigate through one of these with your eyes closed. Once you've been in one Cracker Barrel, you've pretty much been in them all, and that's not necessarily a bad thing. They're almost always located right off of a highway exit, and what you find there is exactly what you expect. The closest thing to an old school diner experience that you could expect. The menu has gone through some changes over the years. I think they recently added Uncle Herschel's breakfast back which was actually a really big deal to me because that was always my thing. Just like getting the Rooty Tutti Fresh and Fruity from IHOP mainly because I like saying that. Appetizers are fantastic! Fried pickles are a little salty but oh so tasty! The beignets are really good. They now have a cinnamon bun skillet which is great. It looks a little terrifying in the menu because you think it's way bigger than it is, but it's a decent size to split between three or four people, so it makes a great high carb okay, it's a pure carbohydrate appetizer and it's worth it. Typically it's a friendly atmosphere, kitschy ambiance, kids love to play the peg game, comfy rocking chairs outside if you have to wait a while. It's full of controversy over their logo for some stupid reason that I think was actually generated by bots and not real human beings. I'm not upset with logo changes. I enjoy the restaurant. I enjoy the people who work there. I enjoy the people who sit near me at the tables, and I certainly enjoy going there with my family.
