For me, mild was perfect but I probably could have tolerated medium. I got 2 tenders and they were really filling. Looked after the fact and they're around 550 calories a piece. They're very meaty and what I really like was the flavors you could taste through the heat. Their blend of herbs and spices would make the colonel blush. Next time I go I think I want to spilt an order of tenders with someone and get the first 4 levels of heat (including none) to compare.
