He was very attentive, efficient, and friendly. Our two girls loved the food but thought that William was the best part of our dining experience. This chain is located inside of Gillette Stadium. Parking on non game days is very easy. If you are looking for a corporate name on game day and a basic sub par Italian menu then this is a place. This facility was clean, which is always a huge plus and this will let you know what type of experience one could potentially end up having overall. This was not the case. However, when the front desk host starts off with a "what do you want" greeting that is the cue to leave immediately. Host didn't smile. Our waitress treated us like we were a customers in 1950s diner and threw down the dishes in front of us. She rushed us throughout the meal, never asked us how our meal was. No suggestive selling or offered any description of dishes contents to my guests. If it wasn't for my family being hungry, we would've left immediately. At the end of the day, what can make or break the place is not just the food, but the staff that works there which creates for the overall experience of the visit for the guest. There was almost nobody inside of his location. To be fair, the food was cooked, reasonably well with a decent presentation of the dishes on arrival. However the guest services left a sour taste in my mouth. By the time we were done eating, leaving as quick as possible was the only goal. Our server was tipped proper and we called it a day. If you're looking for an authentic Italian dining experience, you have your choice of dozens in the surrounding cities and towns within close proximity of this location. If you truly enjoy Olive Garden, then I would say make the travel to the Marlborough location. From the Management to the servers attentiveness and natural willing to exceed the expectation of the guest. The quality of the menu is matched by the Line Cook. Dishes cooked to perfection. We dropped by here a few weeks ago for dinner and there was no wait. We ordered the chicken and shrimp carbonara, and chicken and scallop carbonara. It came with unlimited refills of soup and salad as well as breadsticks. I felt the chicken and gnocchi soup was a bit salty and the breadsticks didn't have enough garlic spread on them. Solid 3 stars. We went on a Friday night and there was no wait, which was nice. Our server was friendly, but a little scatter brained. We asked to have the kids' food come out with as soon as they were ready, but they didnt come out until our entrees came out. Luckily the kids both liked the bread sticks! Portions are smaller than wht they used to be, but thats the norm for these chain restaurants. Still tasted good. Service was slow. Four of us went for a late lunch. We were seated quickly as the restaurant was empty. We were given silverware and plates. The silverware was filthy and one of the plates had dirty water on it. The manager came over and apologized and said she would personally check the silverware. We were so upset at that point that we left. I'm not a chain restaurant kind of girl but my friend wanted to try someplace different. My friend started out with endless bowl of soup and I had Mozzarella Sticks. Both were very good. I have to say our server Deveney (sp) was excellent. She was very patient with us and checked back often. We also had Salad with Breadsticks. They have a mechanical check out system at the table they want you to use which was so confusing for us of a certain age, our server was nice enough to take our credit card and run it the old fashioned way. The restaurant was bright and not very busy for a Friday afternoon but got busier as the day went on. We sat in a nice booth but was located near the front door as I could feel the breeze every time the front door opened. I've eaten at this restaurant several times in the past. I thought the food was decent for a chain restaurant. In August, 2024, my wife had lunch there with some friends. None of them thought the entrees they ordered were very good. My wife ordered the chicken marsala and she thought they forgot the marsala. She brought me home an eggplant parmigiana. My sister and I went to the Olive Garden in Foxboro MA on Feb 8 2025 and William waited on us. He was wonderful and he had many tables to serve all by himself, but not for one minute did he forget us. The positives: The breadsticks are always consistently good. They prepare the food relatively quickly so there isn't a long wait. The service is typically friendly. I love the mints, it's as nice a touch as a fortune cookie at a Chinese restaurant. Delicious. The negatives: why did I only get 2 breadsticks when I ordered 2 dinners? I always have received 4 breadsticks before, is there a shortage??? The chicken and shrimp carbonara did not have ample sauce in it and was a bit on the dry side. We just went recently after walking around bass pro shop we got the salad and breadsticks, which were really amazing breadsticks in the beginning were kind of stale but after we ate those we got more and they were perfect. the two meals that we got, spaghetti over marinara and chicken Parmesan, which were excellent and the raspberry lemonade was very sweet. The Olive Garden in Foxboro is the epitome of how operations for large restaurant chains have gone wrong . I called to make a reservation for a large party for dinner and was put on hold and passed to multiple people. One person told me that don't take reservations and another told me only the manager can approve such a simple request. In the end, I've decided to take my business elsewhere instead of going there . I went with my boyfriend on a Monday. We had a server ( Francesca) that was very flirty and overly nice to my boyfriend. The drink that my boyfriend ordered was also mostly alcohol and almost no mix. Our waitress was also very high, as I could tell from her eyes and overall demeanor. We both got bowls of pasta to bring home and my boyfriends was correct, but mine was the wrong pasta, and didn't have any meatballs, which unfortunately I didn't notice until we got home and I went to warm it up the next day. I read many of the reviews and I have the following comment. Don't come here with expectations of fine dining. Since it's in the footprint of Gillette Stadium I will quote Patriots Coach Belichick "It is what it is". Do expect better than fast food Italian fare with large portions at a palatable price point. All dinner meals are under $20 and include the main dish, a pasta side and all you can eat salad and bread sticks. Early bird dining is more in the $10 to $13 range. You cant beat that and trust me you wont go home hungry. Do call ahead for reservations if your afraid of a wait although the bar area is quite large if your into having a couple of pre- meal pops. We came on a Wed at 7 and there was no line and plenty of open tables but to be safe we did reserve and our table next to the fireplace was good to go for a party of 5 when we arrived. I use a sliding scale and grade on what my expectations are. Sure compared to a good North End Italian restaurant it would never be better than a 3 but for what it portrays it's a high 3 to a 4. Certainly will never be a 5 as there are some obvious flaws albeit forgivable. The Olive Garden is a large chain that is part of the Darden family of restaurants. Darden operates a diverse portfolio of restaurants including Longhorns Steakhouse, The Capital Grille, Seasons 52 and one of my favorites Yard House. Yard House has 200+ beers so I was disappointed that OG only had 3 pedestrian beers on draft. I got a Sam Lager bottle at $5.95. It works. Kind of bizarre thing here but the odor of sewage was prevalent this Wed evening in the parking lot and as you enter. I believe they are located near to the massive Patriots Place treatment tank or whatever it is but wow it did make me wonder and pray that it had nothing to do with the OG itself. Thankfully it is a well ventilated, super clean place and I quickly got over it. Our dedicated server was more than adequate. I should say we are an easy and forgiving bunch that joke around with hostesses and servers and everyone really and we tip well. The food was decent enough. I got the "New" Giant chicken palm which was a chicken cutlet properly breaded crispy outside moist inside with a goodly amount of cheese. After 4 bread sticks which I dipped in a garlic fettuccine sauce and 2 helpings from the huge salad bowl I could eat half my meal. Mother in law who can't chew anything got lasagna and said it was just fair I declined to taste it but truthfully she doesn't like anything but I've got the leftover so we shall see shortly. The artichoke appetizer was good. Everyone got fettuccine as a side and you cant mess that up and I thought it was very good. My cheesecake was middle of the road at best. I usually pass on desert but I was pressured into a 2 fork share. They do give you the caloric count for each dish but not the salt content and the reason is probably that they do not want to shock you. The bread sticks are laced as I am sure all the food is however we only eat at places like this once in a while and at home I am pretty careful. Thankfully I didn't have any discernible swelling in my feet this morning. All in all I have no problem recommending this as a solid place to bring a diverse group. Seems kid friendly and they have a small screen monitor at each table for an ongoing trivia which we had fun with and it also makes paying easy too. read more

Came here on a Saturday night right after our daughter's graduation for a family dinner. I usually don't like eating pastas while dining out but it was our daughter's request. I was surprised that it was not crowded or overwhelmingly busy since it's next to Gillette Stadium and all. Our server was great and everything came out in a timely manner. Olive Garden is probably one of my more favored franchises when going out with my friends for something solid. The beginning bread is addicting, and the unlimited salad is amazing for those healthy people out there! The food is slightly pricey, but they definitely serve a large portion of food that will suffice. I recently came here to order dessert. I ordered the tiramisu and my friends ordered the chocolate brown lasagna and black tie mousse cake. Everything came out almost immediately and it was all delicious, but a bit heavy. Personally the tiramisu was okay as there wasn't enough coffee liquor to really give that OOMPH in the dessert. We also ordered a watermelon moscato sangria and berry sangria. Both were a bit too sweet and you couldn't really taste the alcohol at all. I also recall another time with Olive Garden when they forgot to give us our order. In the end, they gave us free desserts on the house. So far, olive garden hasn't annoyed me or anything yet, but the food is alright and better than most franchises. read more
