This location was great! Servers were very friendly and accommodating! They were fairly busy and were quick getting everyone taken care of.

This is by far the worst run restaurant in Gainesville. Do yourself a favor and don't come here. You will wait for a minimum of 30 minutes.

This place is no good, they never have the condiments always making mistakes...and it always feels shady in there. I rather go to the Subway inside Walmart. A lot better and workers are nice. read more

The new guy (Aaron) made my sandwiches and made an honest mistake. He was alone in the store with no one to answer his questions or help him. I came back a little later with the sandwich that was messed up and his manager Taylor was there. Taylor took it upon herself to belittle and criticize Aaron in front of the customers. Taylor has no place being in a management position. If Subway decides to keep her on as an employee, I hope the other employees the best of luck at finding a healthier work environment. read more

We came here for a quick dinner after a long day of work. Ordered 3 foot long turkey on wheat. The bread looked a little dark but they would serve burnt bread. We ordered our sandwiches & drinks and took them home. Got home passed them out and OMG... it was the oldest, most dry and burnt bread ever. You couldn't even take the condiments on the bread it was so dry and hard. Our meal came to $45... and was totally un-eatable. I rally like subway and this is such a small town I'm praying this was a one time thing! On the plus side our sweet tea was great. read more

How do you mess up orders so frequently! Cold sandwich when suppose to be toasted. Missing ingredients on sandwich. It's not hard to read.

I've been to some pretty bad Subways in the past but this one is horrible! I always order a Subway club but was told THEY WERE OUT OF ROAST BEEF! I was like FUCK! Okay well instead of ordering something else I just tell them to go ahead and make the club with ham and turkey. So at the very end I ask for onions and what do you think they said?? Yeah.. THEY WERE OUT OF FUCKING ONIONS TOO! It's 12:15 pm on a Tuesday and you would think that during the lunch rush these morons could at least make sure they are stocked up on everything. I wasn't even offered a discount before paying $11.46!! To top it all off my sandwich tasted like the meat was rotten so I didn't even eat it and ended up throwing it in the trash. read more

Our experience here was horrible! I bought a turkey,bacon & guacamole wrap and .... they didn't tell me they were out of guacamole. So after I bought the wrap and I took a bite I went and asked if I could get some.... and then they said "yeah we're out." The other sandwich we got had chicken teraki and one lady told the other to heat it up because it's always cold.... BIG NEWS : she didn't. The sandwich was STONE COLD. I asked if she could microwave it and so I got a mushy, sloppy sandwich with disgusting, nuked veggies. read more

So we stopped here to grab a sandwich while we were going through Galveston. The staff was less than enthused to be working and really did not contribute to this being a great experience. I guess that that the sandwich was OK but the overall experience is not something to brag about. read more

I should have seen it coming but I am still surprised by the lack of commitment to quality. A couple of months ago I witnessed a manager scolding an employee do putting too many veggies on a sub. Since that time I have noticed a steady decline in the quality of their subs. Items like black olives and banana peppers are added in such miserly quantities that they can't be tasted on the sandwich. Unfortunately, this is a small town with limited dining options so I'll just have to deal with it by asking for more when I get the stingy treatment. read more

Overall workers are not kind when it comes time to order your meal they need to work on improving their staff and the quality of their food sometimes the vegetables are not chopped right meat is cold sometimes the ovens don't work right they don't have a huge variety of vegetables or cheese. One time I walked in and they did not have vegetables they ran out and told me if I could wait and I had to wait a long time for my order to be done. read more

The ladies that work here around lunchtime are great! We always have good service experiences with them, and our food is delicious. I'm not sure what it's like during other shifts, but it's been a great location in my dozens of visits here. read more
