Every time I order through the app, I get the Spicy Signature Chicken and customize it to ONLY legs and thighs. Yet almost every single time, they give me Classic instead of Spicy. I've even had employees tell me directly that, yes, it's Spicy and, yes, there are the correct number of thighs and legs in the box, only for me to check and find out that isn't true. At this point, I literally have to check the pieces and even taste a small piece of the skin before leaving just to make sure I actually received what I ordered. They'll also throw breasts and wings into the order instead of making more chicken to fulfill the order correctly. I understand having to wait longer for specific pieces, but I'd rather be told there's a wait than be handed something I didn't order. What finally made me write this review today was my interaction with who I believe was either the manager or owner. When I pointed out that one of the pieces was a wing, after he'd stepped in to make all the chicken spicy, he looked me directly in the face and insisted it was a thigh, then proceeded to give me attitude about it. After dealing with the same issues over and over again, it's hard to blame the employees when the person managing the location handles customers this way too. It honestly explains why this place was practically empty on a Saturday night. Check your food before you leave. Every single time.
