KFC is an old stand-by that has not changed much over the years. Once thing that has changed, however, is the variety of meal options there are. What once was a place just for fried chicken now also offers pot pies, grilled chicken, and sandwiches. There's something there for everyone. My family likes the five dollar fill up. It's just the right size for one person and the price is excellent. This location seems fairly new-fun decor with a theme centered around Colonel Sanders. First time at this place today at 9:20 pm and the place closes at 10:00 pm. The Venezuelan lady told us to go to the other AW KFC. We told her we would eat there and she asked us to keep the table clean because she had cleaned it 5 times because other customers dirty the place and she was going to close at 10:00 pm. Then she told us we could only order wings and drums because she wasn't going to cook anything else because she would be closing in 40 minutes; she only sold us one chicken little when we ordered 2 without telling us and just add it into our order bag. Sadly, the chicken was too dry and hard and we couldn't eat it; waste of our money. On Memorial Day, May 29, at 7pm after an 8 Hour drive home from out of town, I decided to stop by KFC in Herriman, Utah. Went through the drive-through, and the gal taking my order was so unprofessional and condescending. She seemed perturbed that I asked if they had anything else in diet besides Pepsi. My husband likes diet Mountain Dew. Then, when I got up to the window, I decided to add one (1) side order of mac & cheese to my order. I could hear her talking in a foreign language to her coworkers, or to the cook in the back 'yelling' to take out the mashed potatoes/gravy, and add mac & cheese to both boxed meals. I then told her that I still wanted the mashed potatoes/gravy in both boxes, and I wanted to add "just one" (1) side order of mac & cheese to my order. Long story short, I ordered 1 two-piece meal, and 1 three-piece meal, (which both meals now come with ONLY mashed potatoes and gravy). However, I didn't get the three-piece. Instead they gave me 2 two-piece meals and added TWO sides of mac & cheese in BOTH of them. To make matters worse, when I got home, I discovered that one of the meals was all dark meat instead of all white meat that I had requested for the three-piece that I did not get but paid for! Not to mention the chicken at KFC is about the size of a golf ball. Not really. I'm just exaggerating, but literally not much bigger. It's very disappointing. A total waste of $24! Sad, sad, sad! Online orders do NOT save time at this location. I waited over 30 minutes for a bucket of chicken, chicken pot pie, and popcorn chicken. Employees had no hustle and were in no rush to provide quality service. There is an extra layer of frustration because the food has already been paid for. No incentive? My heart went out to the guy next to me that arrived before I did, and was still waiting when I left. Wow, Herriman is a really nice place & it's like they pulled this place out of the hood how it is ran. Something is alway broken. Sometimes they aren't even open because they have hiring problems. They say your meal is free if you don't get a recipe but have a sign that says the recipe machine is broken so don't expect a recipe. This is the last chance they get. I really like the fries here at KFC. However this time I went ordered from the drive through & luckily I can't help myself I had you eat some fries before I got home. Glad I did because they gave me rock hard over cooked old cold fries. If I would have gotten home I would have been more than pissed. I pulled up to the drive thru at about 7 on a Saturday and asked for a 3 piece and she asked what I wanted in it. I said a breast. She said they were out. I then said a thigh. She said they were out. Today however I went through the drive through and when I got home I found that Lexi hadn't put the gravy in the bag. I called and spoke to her and she insisted that she did. Trust me she didn't. We went inside to order a bucket of chicken so we could feed the missionaries from our church. when we got there they had several signs on the doors. One sign said that the lobby was closed and is only open for carry out orders. We had to wait for 20min for extra crispy since they only had 4 pieces available, the lobby was very dirty with the tables very dirty and the floors were filled with dirt, food etc and not mopped. Half the lobby was closed off. Behind the counter you could see a water puddle by the drive way window. The employees were swearing, uniforms were hanging out with their shirts, no, no hair was being pulled back. Their was a soda can on the front counter that an employee left behind. The front doors were dirty with marks all over them. The sign with buying a meal and you would get a free thing of soda. The shift supervisor said that was over weeks ago. They kept saying that they didn't have a manager and the one manager was calling in around 17 times saying he was not coming in. read more

Got a spicy chicken sandwich and it was pretty good. Also got the kfc famous bowl, spicy. And the majority of the chicken was actually just the breading fried and added. I love my fried chicken crispy. But I also like there to be chicken. Just dissatisfied. Been there a few times before and had nothing but good food and good service. Went to Herriman location to order food in drive through, right away given attitude and loud "sighs" from person taking order, was then taken over by other employee. At the window we ask Lexi if manager was available, she identified as manager. We explained our dislike of treatment by employee taking order who was apparently another manager!
