We placed an order for a small…read morechili where we sat for 6 minutes, I decided to go inside since the line hadn't moved to find the girl with her hand in her butt literally. I asked if I could just pick my chili up instead of waiting in the drive through she said I had to reorder. She finally agreed to let me order inside. I wasn't pleased with her hand buried in her butt at all and there were zero customers inside so it should have been fast but it wasn't. The time before that we went to Hillsdale Michigan Wendy's at about 9 o'clock at night and they got all of our orders wrong We waited 20 minutes in line and then another 30 minutes after they had us pull up and then they screwed the order up again They said to give us their name and number and they would replace the food next time we came through I can't remember one time we've gone through Wendy's, where they've gotten it right or got us our food in a timely fashion Fast food used to be fast and it was brought to you by an employee that was energetic and eager to please Now fast food is slow and expensive not to mention they act like you're bothering them or you've ruined their day or ran their dog over These fast food places together or people will stop going because of Dairy Queen just opened up and the food is much better and I never thought I would say that Wendy's needs to make this right and I don't know if there's just not any good employees available or they're just not paying enough I don't recommend this Wendy's, especially if you're in a hurry and you want to avoid pink eye

Every table had food crumbs, cheese, etc... on it. Food on chairs. We used sanitizing wipes to clean our table and chairs. It still just felt gross. Our kids didn't even want to sit down, let alone eat their food. We were the only people there and when we had walked in the women was just sitting at a table on her phone. There was clearly plenty of time to clean tables. I'm not sure we'll be able to get over the dirtiness to get food there again, even drive through. If the seating area was that dirty, how do we know the kitchen area is clean?
