Always amazing pizza, and bread sticks. The workers are always super friendly and helpful. Food always is outstanding.

TERRIBLE!!!!! We Just called and tried to order a large two topping pizza I asked what kind of toppings they had... spinach? Artichoke? After the 3rd or 4th topping shes Yelled at me "WE DONT HAVE THAT!! This is pizza hut!!" Okay.. well Ive Never had Pizza Hut... & clearly Never will and no sorry I have NO clue what toppings you have! Ive never been there!! The wait staff at the lunch hour go a respectable job keeping drinks filled, keeping the pizza buffet well stocked, and making customers feel welcome. Overall, I've had good experiences here and enjoy the pizza & service. read more

I've grown up not too far from this Pizza Hut and over the years, I've come to the conclusion that whoever runs it obviously wants it to be shut down. This place is absolutely disgusting. I went in with my mom for the lunch buffet and was taken promptly to our seats by our waitress. She took our drink order and left. We found little to no pizza on the buffet and what was left up there was all old and hard. We had no silverware or napkins or even our drinks for a good 10 minutes after helpin ourselves to the buffet. As I was eating, my mom asked what was behind me (we were sitting in a corner booth), I turned to see a dead fly. Not only 1 dead fly but 3 in that corner. There were straw wrappers, bugs, cobwebs, and dust. It was disgusting. I couldn't finish eating. Best part was our waitress never came to check on us, I went up to pay at the counter and she told me to go sit back down. I'm sorry but I just sat for 20 minutes and you never checked on us. It's so rude to tell a customer to sit down after making them wait for no reason! Poor service. Dirty. Horrible food. I won't be returning after all these years finally. read more

Terrible service. Every time. I ordered two family size breadsticks. They come out with cheese on them, we explained they were not correct. We have a couple kids that can't have cheese. The waitress argues with us then goes to the counter and complain so loud the entire restaurant can hear. Then the manager stared complaining about it. I am so confused by the low ratings at this location! This is my and my family's favorite Pizza Hut location. The service is always great and the pizza is amazing! I swear every-time we come in Makayla serves us and she is one of the most attentive and pleasant servers I have ever had. I will continue to frequent this location!! read more

Delivery driver was unable to find our home. Description of house was given and I CALLED when driver was late in case they were having trouble finding us. Was told they would try again. Received a call another hour later they would remake and try again. Bad service = one hour wasted sitting by the window. I don't normally leave bad reviews but this was our second bad experience. read more

What a flipping joke of a place!!! We ordered a pizza with ground beef and they put sausage on it and the lady argued with us pretty much making it look like we didn't know the diff. Then she brought out our appetizers after the pizza! When we complained to the so called manager the lady that waited on us face us a dirty look and laughed at us as we were leaving. Never again. Oh Pizza Hut. Growing up I had great memories of going to Pizza Hut with my family. It was my grandma's favorite place to go. Moving down to hillsdale county I assumed that the pizza huts down here would be held to the same standards. I was sadly mistaken. Every time I give the Hillsdale Pizza Hut a try, I am horribly disappointed. The service is horrible. We waited and waited to be seated and finally were. Then we waited and waited for our waitress. Finally we ordered and it took a half hour to get our food. I'm sorry, I understand that you may have a few customers other than our table, but I worked at a Pizza Hut throughout high school and I know it takes breadsticks and personal pan pizzas exactly 7 minutes to make it through the oven. Not 30 minutes like it took them. Then the seating area, don't get me started on that. There are bugs everywhere, crap all over the windows and shades, and the bathroom is never cleaned. I have also noticed many times that the people preparing the food never seem to be wearing gloves. I highly doubt health codes have changed in the past 5 years since I worked at one. And lastly, the service. Why is it that refills and getting the check in a timely manor is such a hard thing? It's like they seat you, take your order, and forget about you. I have frequented Pizza Huts all over lower Michigan. Ludington, Big Rapids, Muskeegon, Hastings, Marshal, Lansing, Jackson, etc. I have learned what to expect as standard items on the salad bar and the pizzas. The Hillsdale Pizza Hut offers slim pickings on the salad bar. Conspicuous in their absence are all the more costly (and flavorful), of the items. No diced ham, fresh mushrooms, shredded bacon. If there is cheese, it is not refiled during the noon buffet. Gone also is a pasta salad. It is obvious that the owner is not concerned about the quality of the snack bar, and I expect that it will soon disappear altogether like it did from the near-by Coldwater Pizza Hut. Also noticeable during the noon buffet is the lack of quality pizza on the steam table. They have only basic offerings, very dried out, and if they have any cheese at all on them, someone would have likely spilled it on them by accident. In short, they at least should maintain a better salad bar...they do offer that good of a pizza. And so with the pzone rip-off. A "supreme" comes with only cheese, onion, green, pepper, and sausage... no mushrooms, ham, bacon, pepperoni, etc...anything that will give taste. They seem to think that by hiding the toppings by folding it over with sauce on the side, the customer will not notice how skimpy the thing really is. By "saving money" by skimping on the toppings and salad bar items, they are loosing customers. read more
