Unlike Wesley G.'s December 2022 review, my orders have always been correct. The manager came in to the shop. Stopped at the table where my daughters and I were eating dinner after a long day (9/26/2023). Asked how everything was. Handed me two 10% off entire purchase coupons... very rarely does this sort of thing occur anymore! I love the pick two combo. I usually opt for the avocado & smoked turkey alongside a cup of broccoli cheddar soup. My daughters are fans of their pizza. A kid's meal with pizza, juice, and a cookie is $5.99. We'll definitely be back because no one else offers sourdough 'round here!

There's plenty to choose from and they have three different size options - which is nice. My go-to is always an Italian sub, so needless to say that's what I ordered. I subbed out the ham for turkey and I believe it was an extra $1 and some change. The Italian made for a great sandwich 8/10, even for the next day as I intended to have it for my flight back to LA. I ordered all of the condiments on the side to prevent sogginess. It was filling and meat portion was fair. As a pickle lover, Vickie's Spicy Dill chips immediately caught my attention and felt like I needed to try them! There wasn't much pickle flavor to them and spice level was low. Not sure I would get them again. But I will say that they do have that nice crunch / texture that you look for when having a sandwich. They had a hot sauce bar with great unique options - the only downside was that the tops were crusted up and not adequately cleaned, leaving residue which was less than appealing. I had to ask to clarify that I was parking in the right spot and not risk getting my vehicle towed. It appears there is a greater emphasis on takeout than dining in. There are several spots for pick up orders, as well as a separate lane at the drive thru for it. The dining room seems to be an afterthought. Service at Blake's Lotaburger was very friendly and fast. I ordered a burger with a side of Frito Pie and a drink. They serve Pepsi products here. The food came out hot and fresh. The burger was wonderful. The Frito Pie was presented nicely. The dining area was clean. Overall I enjoyed my dinner at Blake's Lotaburger and I'll consider coming back the next time I'm in Hobbs.

The drive-thru line was super long at about 4PM and folks were rushing inside from the parking lot. So we bailed. Lol. It's located next to Texas Roadhouse in north Hobbs. Other plans for the plaza-to-be are in the works. Open daily until 10PM. Good for breakfast! Drive-thru is available. A bit slow for one breakfast sandwich for me on 1.22.2025, but they were friendly & it was served hot. They have a separate drive-thru line for online orders. Blake's, established in 1952, is famous for incorporating green chile into their offerings. There are several scattered throughout the Land of Enchantment as well as a few in Tucson, AZ, and El Paso, TX. I personally recommend the Lota breakfast sandwich with sausage ($6.71). It entails two eggs omelette-style with cheese and your choice of sausage or bacon topped with green chile, served on a soft, smooth buttery bun. Good filler for all-day-on-your-feet days! For lunch, I would opt for the green chile cheeseburger, no mustard and add mayo. It pairs nicely with onion rings. I'm not a fan of their natural fries, although, I still need to try their seasoned fries. Looking forward to trying a seasonal Biscochito Cookie shake some day too. He had so many jokes....one for every letter of the alphabet....and more! The owners have a huge collection of Coca-Cola memorabilia. The decor is in showcases and the place is well lit.
