Bummer b/c the trainee barista seemed nice, and the coffee was fine, and yet - when I was stuck outside for a couple hours trying to deal with a flat tire - no one helped. Or even came out to be sympathetic, or offer ideas on who to call or what. Just - eh - A bit whack when three separate people offer help from off the street, and the business I was just in buying a WAY over-priced caffe latte didn't even raise an eyebrow. So I guess this small-town business doesn't actually like folks dropping through ¯\_ (ツ)_/¯ [p.s. re requesting sugar in one's fancy $7 small latte: it's easier to dissolve sugar in the espresso *before* adding milk than afterwards. All were served nice and warm (except the smoothie!) and I got a side pickle. All so delicious and hit the spot. They claimed they would put the order at the front of the line and it would take 15 more minutes, even though they were new customers walking in and it was less than a 15 minute wait. We asked if they could make them faster. The young man apologized nicely but the older lady owner/manager stepped in and said rudely that's all they could do. She did not apologize let alone offer us a discount for their mistake. We understand they were busy and people make mistakes but there is no excuse for treating customers so rudely after their clear error.
