I ordered my food 3 hours ahead of time to have it delivered at a specific time, the food (1 Pizza, 1 16-count bread bites, 1 lava cake box) started getting prepared at the time I wanted it to be delivered. It took 43 minutes to prepare it and put it in the oven. Another 20 minutes to even start the delivery. Once that started it took another 45 minutes to even get my order. I am 4-7 minutes from the store depending on traffic. Upon checking food the pizza is uncut, lopsided, and looks like it has some form of cancer. I called in the order to get 2 $6.99 carry out 2 topping pizzas. The service was fast and the employees were friendly. And the store was quiet and clean. The cooler where the sodas were was quite bare; should've been stocked up especially just being opened since it was still early in the day. They didn't ask me if I needed plates or offered me if I wanted to add on any desert or sides to go with my meal. When I got the pizza, both pizzas were super thin crust. There was no pizza crust whatsoever and barely any sauce/marinara on it either. It was super greasy as you see in the picture. It was even a little burnt looking like it was cooked for too long. Then there was like a garlic butter just poured on top the pizza that I didn't ask for or cared for. I came from Petoskey to get my kids their favorite pizza, and this is what I got. I'm very disappointed with this Domino's location. Online and on the app, it looked like they were open late, but when I tried to order, they were already closed. That's extremely frustrating, especially when you're relying on a place for late-night food. If you advertise late hours, you should actually honor them or clearly update your closing time. I placed an order for pick up on my lunch break and left to run and grab it when it said the order was complete on my app. I go inside and the employees say it'll be just a minute she's boxing my pizza right now. I heard the employee boxing my food say "this isn't thin crust." To the other employee then they glance at me and then the pizza and don't say anything. They restarted my pizza without telling me it was going to be another 10 minutes, which is normally okay but I was on a limited lunch break so to not even get a heads up was frustrating. I finally get my pizza and get back to the office to eat real quick and the bottom of my pizza was completely burnt. Borderline inedible, but I didn't have time to go get something else and I didn't want to waste the food so we made do. I also asked for triangle cut since it's easier to dip the ranch and less messy, and I got square cut. We have been ordering dominoes for a few years now as a cheap dinner for large groups of people. The past six months the pizza has been really good. We typically do a variety of the 5.99 two topping pizzas. We are able to get all kinds of choices because of the different crust and sauce options. The guys who bring the pizza out are always beyond friendly and helpful. If you want some pretty decent pizza for a good price. Get creative and create yourself some yummy pizza. The feta Spincich stuffed bread and the cheese stuffed bread and the garlic bread are also delicious. I called this store for delivery to Holiday Hills and they did not think I was within their delivery zone. I'm 4.2 miles away with a ~10 minute travel time - very odd that they would refuse delivery. I went on to place an order around 6:45 PM for two pizzas, a side of cheesy bread, and a garden salad. When I arrived for carry out, they did not give me all of my food and did not review my order. When I got home (in just 8 minutes), I called them to complain about the missing food. Again, they refused to deliver the missing item to me - in spite of the fact that multiple employees were standing around doing nothing and a delivery car was parked on site when I was there just a short while ago. Classic case of lazy, do nothing mismanagement. I will not be revisiting this store again and even told the manager that I would not be ordering from them if they can't own their mistakes. They just said "Okay" and awkwardly hung up. Rude and unprofessional - I don't expect the red carpet treatment from a pizza place, but if you can't even pretend to care about customer service then there are plenty of other pizza restaurants to order from. It was super misleading and I feel they are lazy and have horrible customer service. We were so hungry we ordered a couple Dominos pizzas for delivery late on Sunday night with nothing else open. Last time I had Dominos was about 15 years ago and it tasted so much like cardboard, just like all the other Dominos I tried. Their pizzas had thick doughy crust covered with a bit of tasteless cheese and sauce. I didn't have it again till this pizza. The pizzas we ordered were delivered amazingly fast and they were hot. Had thin and crispy crust, one with veggies and one with pepperoni. Both were very good. I wonder if all Dominos are edible now like the pizza from this place? read more
