Arrived 10 minutes before our curbside order was suppose to be ready. Someone had to go in 20 minutes AFTER the pickup time to see what was going on with the order. Come to find out, the order WAS ready, it just got skipped. This is not the second, it's not the third, this is the FOURTH time I have given this place a chance since it's opened. It's done nothing but fail every-time. If I wanted to wait this long for food, I would go into an actual restaurant. read more

This location has serious management issues. Plenty of staff but they focus on getting the orders out by the order they come in instead of considering the difference between food (takes longer) and quick items (like ice cream, lemon smoothies, etc). Should have a staff who focuses on quick orders to get things out the door. Tonight there were several people like us who just wanted quick items. We waited and watched how things were being run and waited almost 30 minutes for 2 lemon smoothies. Others waited similar times for quick orders. Whoever owns this franchise needs to be there and watch the chaos. Others we spoke with had the same observations; the place operates in the most ridiculous manner. Fast food? Took me 40 minutes to get the food, so not fast. Not to mention the kids who run the food are so slow, kind of rude, and very forgetful. They need to fix the whole you move up situation. Is the food hood sure but not that good to wait the same amount of time it would take to get food at an actual restaurant. Food is good. But this is my third time and my order is wrong. I just paid 18 bucks for just one chicken sandwich and fries and pop. I was supposed to get my chicken tenders and a burger. Worst Culver's I have ever been too! Took 45 minute to get my order correct and not once did they offer a free dessert or any kind of compensation for being miss handled not once, not twice but three times in one interaction. I tried the Harvest Veggie burger. The texture was so mushy, and the flavor was disgusting, I could not eat it. This was my 3rd time trying Culver's food. The first time the hamburger patties were so dry and overcooked... The second time, the fish sandwich was completely flavorless, and if there was any tartar sauce on it, I couldn't tell at all. And now this Harvest Veggie burger... I would not recommend that anyone tries, it is that bad. Oh and the onion rings are flavorless as well, I think they use sweet onions or something. They got the order totally wrong,and overcharged for it. We asked to be contacted through their online survey,and they never even responded. We then complained on the Culvers website and again asked to be contacted.Again No Response. This is unacceptable.We called corporate headquarters and put in a complaint about this location. We will NEVER Return to this location and will tell everyone about our very negative experience there. read more

Waited in drive through for 30 minutes and an additional 30 minutes in the parking lot waiting for food to be delivered. 1 hour waiting total, and food was COLD! However; this is a newly opened Culvers.. so I hope in time they can improve this. read more

I tried Culvers right after they opened waited for 50 minutes, the food was not worth the wait. The hamburgers were over cooked to the point that they had black spots on them. And they were very dry, have not been back since. read more

Always fresh and tasty! The Chicken tenders and cheese curds are the best in the area.

Any Culver's is great and this one is no exception. Judging from the previous reviews, they have worked out any kinks. Even when the dining room is closed and there is a long drive-through line, I've never waited more than 10 minutes and never had an incorrect order. I do wish they would automatically give you ketchup with fries, as I sometimes forget to ask. Anyway, by far the best fast food burger in town. read more

We waited an Hour and a Half for food and still did not receive any as well as customers around us too. Then we wanted to speak to the manager and the manager was refusing to speak to us. Absolutley ridiculous!!! read more

Great food...a bit pricey...but their drive thru service is less than acceptable. They opened last summer & the lines were so long...we patiently avoided it knowing they were overwhelmed with business but a welcome new restaurant to our area. After the summer resorters thinned out we excitedly went through the drive thru...unfortunately our order was shorted on sides of a curds & one double burger, the next time a month or 2 later 3 doubles were singles, and no we did not complain thinking they were still working the bugs out..at least they had # stickers for cardoor mirrors but the waiting time was still long. About 6 weeks ago my son tried it again on the way home from work..once again the order was horribly incorrect...2 or 3 doubles short & fries..he paid approx. $44.00! He was so disappointed & still hungry, as was his father...they never want to return. The following day I called with receipt in hand & explained what occurred & this manager was apologetic & offered to mail him certificate/coupons to equal what was spent...he took all mailing information down...& NOTHING WAS EVER RECEIVED IN THE MAIL....We are not demanding & know mistakes happen but I now side with others...do not go there or go when you have an hour to be vigilant to wait, check, & RECHECK your order due to their lack of competence in the FAST FOOD industry. I worked at a BK in high school, became an assistant manager between EMU & U of M..I know busy, long hours. I know covid has taken a huge toll on all of us, but bad business is bad business & you are not welcome for the money took without giving product Petoskey Culver's! Shame on you. read more
