Subway sucks ! Period.. service sucks food sucks everything about my experience sucked . Read all the other reviews and maybe make a change. I mean subway has always been a c for decades maybe a c+ if ya get lucky. Being he McDonald's of sandwich's. I've even had my order fkt up like the 18 seconds I looked away ! Number one when you go to Subway they do not know how to make a sandwich even if you tell them to they don't know how to do it online they just put a bunch of lettuce and spinach on your sandwich that should be at least 4 to 5 oz of meat but there never is if you want that much you have to pay extra because the incompetence of Subway makes every other sandwich place look great tired of going to restaurants and they don't give a fuck take your money and give you slap read more

This is literally the worst, most abysmal subway you could ever choose to go to. The first time I was in there, I made a joke to a friend of mine about how I had almost dropped my water, to which the employee behind the counter asked "you think that's funny?", forcing me to backpedal and explain why me nearly dropping a cup of water could be funny to my friends. The food is subpar at best. For a fast food restaurant, it's incredibly slow-paced. Mistakes will be made with your order even if you stand there watching them make it. The entire shop is located in one really tiny portion of a builidng that's shared by another (better) restaurant. The space is cramped, awkward, and gross. There's minimal lighting, including light from windows. Even if you sit down at one of the tables, you'll be eating while other customers try to squeeze past you to order. It's best to just take your food and go. This is one of the worst Subways I've ever eaten at, if not the absolute worst. read more

Came in to get subs for my family. This place is dirty and the way they make your sub is throw everything on it. The vegetables are all frozen and thawed you can still the freezer ice on the containers, lettuce is brown because it's so old. They put half of the meat that is supposed to go on the sub. By the time brought the subs home they were soggy and disgusting. Never had subway this way. Honestly grossed out by this place. They need to train their employees better. read more

Subway - Fast Food Near Me - Kuna, Idaho

We have been to this location a few times and it's always been fine... mediocre in all honesty. But this most recent visit was so pleasant and nice. There was only one guy in there and he was named Tyler. Tyler was extremely personable and easy to talk to. He was very obviously extremely knowledgeable and skilled. The sandwiches had obviously fresh ingredients and were handled with care. The ambiance was very chill and there was hardly one in there. It was clean excluding a few leaves on the ground but hey it's fall! I think if more people like Tyler worked at this Subway it would have a much higher score. Went in subway this afternoon and ordered 2 footlong sandwiches. I had a coupon for get 2 footlongs for $12.99 that expires on 6/25/2023, which is not expired yet. When at the register the coupon scanned but the servers were down, which is what I was told. After kindly asking to just have the employee manually enter the coupon they refused, saying it was their policy that they cannot do that. I was very frustrated and ended up having to pay full price for my two sandwiches. Amber, the team lead was very unhelpful and rude. They didn't even apologize for the servers being down. The girl at the register did apologize for the inconvenience and returned the coupon the me. I'm very disappointed that the team lead wasn't friendly. If it is policy that they cannot enter the coupon manually that needs be reviewed. If it could've been entered, I am very frustrated with Amber. Usually I'm a subway fan if you need something fast and simple. They put the wrong cheese on my sandwich and toasted it. When I asked she just said I thought you said Swiss and didn't offer to fix her mistake. Then I had to repeat almost all of my veggies multiple times before she put them on the sandwich. Probably my worst Subway experience I've had which is a bummer cause I came back to this location specifically cause of the fantastic service I received in the past. read more

I usually would never go to Subway but the area I moved to has very limited selections when it comes to sandwich spots. Based in starvation we needed up getting some sandwiches here the other day. I was very pleasantly surprised by this location and the friendliness of the young workers and the quality of sandwich. Now because it's a Subway like other massive chains they only get a 3 star as the highest rating I would give. Both of our sandwiches tasted great and had plenty of the items as well as condiments on the sandwich. Today I walked in and it took like 3 minutes for one of the lady's to help me they just sat there eating then I ordered the monster sub and they made it upside down and did not put the bacon on which is one of the reasons why the sandwich is more expensive. When she went to wrap my sandwich she didn't wrap it properly and my sandwich about slid out of the wrapper. I know it's not the location issue just SOME of the workers I went in the other day and the guy helping me made sure it was right and let me know some items may make it cost more and he was very friendly making eye contact the whole time. In conclusion Subway needs to spend more time with their workers and make sure they do it write before throwing them in. read more

Ordered through doordash. I ordered an Italian sandwich with lettuce salami pepperoni olives banana peppers onions salt pepper oil vinegar mayonnaise and mustard and all i got was meat and lettuce no sauce and none of the other things I asked for. Subway is my favorite quick food place- I love eating here all the time and it's the best way for quick deicous food

I have a standard order I get from any Subway, so I know pretty much what to expect. When I ordered a tuna salad (not a sandwich, but a salad in a bowl), I was kinda surprised at what I got. The lettuce (and a few other veggies) were chopped in a large black bowl, as per usual. Except this time they were chopped and minced into the consistency of chunky gooey salsa. And this is without dressing. I don't get dressing on my tuna salads. Then 2 almost full scoops of extra wet tuna were plopped on top. When the polite gent who made it asked me how it looked, I told him, "well it looks... different". I explained it looked about 1/3rd the usual size... and that's about as far as I got before the other employee very rudely informed me that basically I was purchasing the toppings from a 6 inch sandwich. I said I understood that part. But usually I got more lettuce, it looked fuller... again she cut me off and very defensively said maybe I'd been given 12 inch toppings in the past by mistake. But that a salad was only meant to be toppings from a 6 inch. Sure, for the past 3 years, in 3 different states, and probably a dozen different Subways. Totally possible (not). I understand much of this is just Subway policy and procedure, but the customer service is totally under employee's control. There are a few other restaurants in Kuna that sell salad... go to those. For $5.74 (plus tax) I ate the 2 little scoops of tuna and threw the rest in the trash. I thought I could add a picture... but I don't see that option. Oh well... Basics of the food are fine but the employees are frequently rude. Management and owners should take a serious look at the issue. Kuna is growing and more options will be coming. People will go elsewhere as opposed to taking shit from people who should be making an effort to be customer service oriented. read more

Food is fine (typical subway), but this location is SLOOOW. If you're looking for fast food, look elsewhere. I came in at 3pm on a Sunday to avoid lunch crowd. There were five people total in line. I walked out after standing in line for six minutes while they were still chugging through the first person's sandwich, line hadn't moved at all. Subway food isn't worth that wait. read more

Food is average, but the service is poor. There were 3 employees working, but only one was helping customers. I had to repeat my order 3 times and they still forgot my kids meal. The gal that was busy scanning food kept interrupting as the kid tried to make my sandwich. I was then told my order was $18. and some change only to be told to charge me for a toy, that we never got and now my order is over $20?!? My Uncle owned multiple Subways in California and he would be pissed to see how this location is ruing the brand. I will never go back to this location. read more
