I usually have no issue with this location. I don't really order Taco Bell that much but usually always remembers everything that I want. I just ordered DoorDash at about 10 PM and it said my order was gonna be done by 10:30. My Dasher finally gets there just to find out that it had been stolen because the workers failed to make the Dasher confirm their order and another refusing to make me another one, even though it was their fault it was stolen in the first place one star for this just because they do not give a crap about the orders and they do not give a crap about the people's orders who get stolen. read more

I'm actually scared I'm gonna get sick from eating here. The inside was disgustingly dirty, muddy water all over the floor, drink station sticky and nasty. Wrong food, wrong amount charged, manager asked me to literally unfold each item (burritos) with my fingers to "check them". I had my dog in the car and you want me to unwrap all the burritos when I only ordered one? Missing items were remade and refund given for wrong amount but food was still not what I asked for and the whole thing was just weird and unprofessional. I get that it's Taco Bell but it's also my day off, I'm tired and all I want is a simple drive thru dinner. Why is it so hard? No napkins provided in my drive-thru order. Every time I've gone to this location the drive through is either closed down, or they are out of KEY items that cover half the menu, and I end up driving away anyway because what the heck...it's like going to McDonald's and finding out they are out of French fries or burgers...how can you be out of staple Items? tragically mismanaged Based on the other reviews this place needs some kinda management overhaul...needs better inventory upkeep, better customer service standard. read more

No stars would still be too nice for the service we got. We came in around 1:55pm and had our order in by 2pm. We waited 25 minutes before we went to the front to ask what was going on. The guy that came into the lobby three separate times, never said anything about going to the front and asking them to print the order to start. Finally after 35 minutes we got our food. I went out to this taco bell and I have never had an issue with the food everything has always been put in what I order regardless sometimes they don't cut the quesadillas all the way through I do understand there might be a rush or low people in the kitchen but that doesn't excuse what happened tonight. It's not awful but it was a very unpleasant meal although I got one item I expected more. Have to go 1 star on this one and not surprising! Kuna is filled full of every chain fast food and maybe because of staffing problems they are all terrible. I don't even like fast food but once in awhile everyone needs a little Taco Bell. Well not from this location! I'm a DoorDasher from Boise and I went through the drive-thru to pick up an order for a local Kuna resident. The nicest drive-thru I've ever been in the last 4mos.was this Taco Bell. The kid working the window offered me an ice water while I was waiting. I know it's something so simple...but super thoughtful. Very nice addition to Kuna. Tried it out today. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food came out nice and hot and tasting as it is supposed to. Bathrooms were very clean and welcoming. They promote that the wood used for decor is recycled wood from Azuza California. Small interior but nice and clean store. read more

They never made mistakes on orders, and the food tasted really fresh and was well presented. 6/18/2021: I don't know if they are having trouble keeping people employed, or the management staff that opened this taco bell moved on to other successful openings, but the food and service are like night and day. Slow drive through, missing items, messed up orders, they need new management or help from taco bell to get this location back up to snuff. Worst Taco Bell I've ever been to and I used to live in the ghetto. Steadily gotten worse, half the time not even open at 9:00. Most recently tortillas on all our burritos were dry barely edible. Especially when I have ordered food from the app online and then show up and no one will assist in the drive through and the doors are locked. stopped at the Kuna Idaho Taco Bell. While I was gathering things to get out of the car one of the staff open the door and remove the floor mat from outside. She looked at me and then let the door shut. When I walked up the door was locked when I checked it she looked over and then looked away. Sign on the door says open 7 AM to 10 PM and it is currently 9:30 PM.I would understand if it was closer to 10 o'clock but it's still 30 minutes until their sign says they close and they have the place locked down. read more

The place is never open the employees literally choose their own hours. If you're going to have hours on the door and website that say open until 2 am then why do they always close at 9 and even 7:30 sometimes when you feel so? Literally never open when they're supposed to be, saw a bunch of the workers friends inside hanging out while they closed and locked the doors early because they didn't want to work late on a Friday night when they are supposed to be open. They also closed and blocked the drive thru off so nobody could come in. The kitchen workers finally went into the back to make the orders when they saw that an Uber driver and a mobile order costumer showed up and needed to be let in by someone. read more

5 stars because Taco Bell is the best. This one is nice. I wish they would just add a LITTLLLEE more cheese sauce because it's delicious.
