    Love those fries!!

Our favorite burger spot in the Treasure Valley (sorry In-n-Out)! Do not sleep on their yummy malt vinegar dipping sauce. Can't wait for summer to roll around so we can enjoy the patio.

Double Griddle Burger with Sweet Potato Fries
    Jason T.

I was visiting a friend in Boise and he took us here after a long morning of pickleball. The atmosphere of this burger shop is lively and welcoming, and the staff were fantastic. He recommended the double griddle burger with sweet potato fries, and it turned out to be exactly what I needed after a morning of exercise. The burger was hearty and satisfying, and I was impressed to see they use a beef blend from Snake River Farms, which is always a mark of quality. But let's pause on the burger and talk about the sweet potato fries. They were hands down some of the best I have ever had. Perfectly crisp, full of flavor, and paired with the signature fry sauce that seems to be an Idaho specialty, they made every bite unforgettable. If you are ever in Boise, make your way to Wyld Child for a meal that is hard to beat.

One of the best gluten-free buns I've ever had! Burger was cooked well, and was not dry. Maggie single Patty with a black pepper bacon jam was delicious. Fries were crispy and the Wyld (dilly) ranch was a great addition! I had the frozen classic lime margarita which was small but packed to mighty punch. Servers are friendly and I'm digging the outdoor patio lounge atmosphere! With two other shops to satisfy your cravings, this is a cool place to hang!

Falafel burger with sweet potato fries, house sauce, and hibiscus tea

Incredibly yummy food! The falafel burger with all the toppings is a stunning execution of a veggie burger. The sweet potato waffle fries and house sauce are an absolute treat. And I love hibiscus tea - this one was a perfect 10! I was visiting from out of town, but will definitely be back.

Where Wagyu Meets Efficiency This is a straightforward American burger joint with a small twist. I'd heard a few good things about it before coming (I'm not from the area) and decided it was worth checking out while in town. The service was quick, efficient, and friendly. I asked a couple of questions, and the staff gave clear recommendations. The place itself was clean, organized, and well maintained, which I always appreciate. I ordered the griddle burger with extra meat, and it was excellent. The wagyu beef blend was buttery, juicy, and not dry at all. The house sauce, sweet onions, and American cheese added richness, while the pickles were impressively fresh-not wilty, but crisp with that loud crunch you want in every bite. Everything came together in a really balanced way. The vibe gives off what feels like an old gas station that's been completely reimagined-now modern, family-oriented, and welcoming. There's plenty of outdoor seating with picnic benches, and it's dog-friendly. The fact that it's attached to both an ice cream parlor and a coffee shop is a nice bonus if you want something after your meal. They also have a self-serve water and condiment station, which shows they've thought about the small details. Straightforward, solid, and worth a stop.

Sweet potato fries and regular fries with all the sauces

Woooow such amazing fries. Texture was perfect with the perfect amount of saltiness. Definitely make a stop here if you're visiting. The outside is cute to sit at too.

Inside out: it's trendy and around some other wonderful establishments. I've always found it to be clean and an enjoyable place to hang out with friends! The parking situation can be a little nightmare. Service: I can't say I have ever been blown away, but it's never been bad. I don't expect people to have the max level of enthusiasm in Food Service so I would say they do great. Food: I think the food is a little pricey, but it's always been absolutely delicious and everyone I've ever brought here has enjoyed their meal!

Was visiting family in Boise and we had lunch here. Oh my goodness...what a great place to visit! This restaurant is housed in a location that appears to have been a gas station at some point. There were a couple of other businesses in the same area. They have picnic benches outside and I saw a few fire pits as well with seating around them. We chose to stay inside because it was cold the day we visited! Having it be the first time I've eaten here, the person at the counter was especially helpful navigating their menu and the drinks available. I ended up getting the Crispy Chicken sandwich with modifications, of course (it's me!). I asked for mayo on the side, sans the aioli and onion. This was, hands down, one of the best chicken sandwiches I've ever had! The patty was cooked perfectly, lightly breaded, and it was huge! Hung over the bun! I loved the bun, which was a brioche I believe? I also ordered fries, which were definitely not your typical frozen kind...I have to believe they cut their fries! They were cooked to perfection, crispy on the outside and soft and fluffy on the inside. Such a great experience! I also had some of their ranch dressing for fry dipping...so good! Homemade with fresh herbs for sure! My nephew had the Power Bowl and I guess he orders this exclusively because he loves it! It was a good size bowl, full of tomatoes, brown rice, black beans, cabbage, shallots and cilantro. I had to get a bite and it was so fresh, clean, and healthy tasting! It comes with a slice of brown bread. What a great neighborhood spot! They serve healthy foods, freshly made and you can tell they take pride in what they all do! Cannot wait to visit again on my next trip to Boise!

They are most definitely a top contender for the "best burgers" title in town. After hearing folks who'd found this place proclaim its greatness, I had to give it a go. Glad I did! Think fairly traditional burger fixings on 1/3 pound burgers done well. I've tried the cheeseburger and the feta and jalapeno burger. Both were tasty and cooked perfectly. They're the type of burgers that are simple, but that's a good thing. I'm a bit picky about my burgers and am sensitive to fries cooked in old oil. I'm happy to say these meals don't leave my gut regretting my life choices. Each burger comes with lettuce, pickle, red onion and tomato. They don't slather condiments on; you'll have to ask for those you like specifically. They also come with a side of thick-cut fries with light seasoning and fry sauce. I mean, this is Idaho. Gotta have the fry sauce. All of this clocks in at between 8-12 buckos. Their hours are a little wonky, so check before heading out. It's a food truck and they have limited outside table space. From what I gather this is primarily a dinner joint with most hours of operation between 3-10 pm. Pity, because having this as a lunch option would be dandy. Pop in here if you're on Overland and give these burgers a go. It's already becoming a regular stop for us!

I guess that I expected great french fries, after all, Idaho is known for their potatoes, but burgers never crossed my mind. I guess that I should have expected good beef, after all, it makes sense that you should have great local sources of beef here. Anyway, Triple B's Boise's Best Burgers offers great burgers and the expected great french fries. I had the Baja Burger, which was topped with grilled jalapeno peppers, grilled onions and Pepper Jack cheese. It came with french fries and both items were excellent. Truly a great lunch and culinary experience. The menu has several interesting selections, so I am sure you and anyone that is here with you will be able to find something that will interest you and/or them. Go check this place out. I am sure that you will be impressed. I offer this place not only my recommendation, but I give it a five star () rating.

A couple of my friends showed up first, got a great table outside and ordered a couple apps to get the party started. I showed up after goodies and drinks were ordered. We started off with some chips and salsa and pountine. The chips and salsa looked good but the pountine was definitely calling my name! I love me some potatoes and these potatoes looked like they were going to be right up my alley! I dished up a good portion before my friends got some. They were kind to let me plate first cause of my new kidney. I didn't want to be too greedy so the portion I got was a few bites. Those few bites got me hooked so it was a must to get another order started. While my order of pountine was being worked on, I tried the pretzel with cheese and the hummus plate. The pretzel was perfectly salted. The cheese sauce was the perfect addition to the soft pretzel. I took a good amount of the hummus and Greek salad. The pita that came with it was a great vessel for the hummus. It was crispy with a slight chew to it. The hummus was clean tasting and rich. The Greek salad was so fresh. All the components of the salad tasted like they were just picked from the garden. You literally can't get anymore farm to table than that! It was so fresh! The second order of pountine came out. Everything about this appetizer was delicious! I love soggy, softer fries and these fries were the business! The gravy and cheese were the highlight of the dish for me. You can never go wrong with potatoes, cheese and gravy! There was a good amount of meat on the pountine. It was so tender! You can tell it was cooked with a lot of love and time! I took the rest home and I plan on hiding my box in the back of my fridge so my daughter can't get to it! We ended our happy hour with the beignets. Each one of these goodies were covered in powered sugar. The caramel sauce that was paired with it was devine! In all honesty, as full as I was, I could have polished off an order myself! They were the perfect dessert to end this fabulous meal. Bittercreek has been on my to go list for a hot minute. I'm so happy we got to come here and celebrate my birthday. The food was marvelous. Our server did a fantastic job taking care of us! Our waters were always filled. Our cocktails were never dry. And our plates were always filled cause food was always ordered on time for us. Homie was on point tonight! The venue can't be any more stunning. The weather was lovely. We were meant to be here today! In so happy we started my birthday week off at Bittercreek!

We had our eye on one particular light, crisp option, but they were out for the night. Our server pointed us toward something comparable... I believe it was called Teddy Bearnd...it worked. Now, the food. My friend went for one of their signature burgers, which was seasoned simply so the beef really gets to shine. The only hiccup was that they were out of tomatoes, which is a non-negotiable topping for her, so keep that in mind if tomatoes are a must. I went a different route and ordered the beef focaccia. Uniquely layered ribeye and really good. We also shared a Greek salad that was simple but fresh and satisfying. And the french fries with their homemade ketchup? Don't skip em. Service was smooth and friendly from start to finish. No complaints.

RBF doesn't make guests feel welcomed. The sweet gal at the register helped me out with my order. For my husband's lobsta roll, we got it all modified and ordered. I also got myself some jalapeno poppers. I smashed my jalapeno poppers! Some of the jalapenos were not spicy but some had a good heat to them. I like that you got a good amount of cream cheese in the middle. It wasn't overwhelming. I like the crust that they used on the outside, it was crunchy and savory.
