I went through the drive thru, ordered a Ruben but asked them to switch the cheese because I can't do swiss. Didn't think there would be a problem, but when I got to the window, they were charging me $0.75 more than the order board. Do you think they would've given me a discount for not getting cheese? Oh, heck no! In today's economy where every penny counts and they charged me just to put a different cheese on my sandwich. So how much was the swiss? Did they give me credit for not getting the swiss? Anyway, I am not happy and I'm afraid I won't be coming back to Arby's for a very long time.
